Your customer service has been amazing, but the mattress has been extremely uncomfortable for side sleeping, the mattress is soft to the touch, but it the squares tension strength gets rigid when turning on my side and doesnt sink as on the video demo, I have event tried "the purple sock dance" to soften the mattress, which hasnt worked. the result is neck and shoulder pain and sleepless nights. I was very optimistic about this mattress and was disappointed it didnt work out. I think it is better suited to back and stomach sleepers.

This is the Review for the Power Base. It worked fine for few months, one fine morning it stopped working. It's currently in up-right position and couldn't flattened. Called Customer Support where we can only leave the messages and then they can call us back. But I never received any calls. Chatted with Support people at purple.com and they gave me 1-800 number. I called that number, they took all the information and said 'we marked it as urgent/emergency - someone will call you ASAP'. No one get back to me until now. Very bad customer support. They don't have any Case number system to refer- back. Every time they collect all the information and no one calls back. Purple - It's better if you change your Customer Support System.

At first when I bought my mattress a year ago, I really didn't think I liked it. It had such a different feel to it, that I really wasn't enjoying it. But after about a month of use, I realized many things - I had not ONCE woken up uncomfortable, I had not woken up ONCE with back pain, and I slept through the entire night every night for over a year. Everyone that I know who has tried it loves the mattress and all say they sleep amazing on it. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to say goodbye to back pain.

My husband and I struggle with bulging disc and our purple mattress is helping with the battle. In the past twenty years we replaced our mattress every 3 to 5 years. I struggle with other lower back issues and have woke up to no pain most days. Yoga is required for muscles... purple has been a life changer... Looking forward to summer...

Sleep great with no aches in the morning. Easy to move in bed, don't feel stuck. Sleeps cool. Very heavy so needed help moving it upstairs. Hopefully the weight is indication it will last longer than my Tuft and Needles which lasted only two years. It was very light by comparison.

Is a outstanding bed nice and comfy, but also coming from someone that used to sleep on a cot I've been using it and my back pain is barley even there I can fell it going away sleep after sleep but some thing they could work on but who doesn't, for sure a great bed and about the best 1500 I have ever spent bed is nice, quiet and comfortable, I mean what else can you ask for..... way to go purple ✌️

I had a newer mattress that wasn't the highest quality; I decided to pull the trigger on a Purple. I went from waking up in pain on a daily basis to having energy and minimal pain mornings, which for me is a blessing. I am confident the longer I sleep on this mattress the more I will love it.

I love the Purple2. I am a college strength & conditioning coach and lift a lot of heavy weights throughout the week. This bed helps me relax at night and guarentees that I am ready for another day of work. I often times sleep hot and this bed breathes well and helps keep me cool at night. I can honestly say this is the best mattress I have ever owned.

My wife and I are both side sleepers and so when it came time to get a new mattress we wanted to check out Purple. It is comfortable to sit on and laying down on it isn't too bad but we only got a good night sleep 1 out of 5 days. We both tossed and turned the majority of the time. I have had back pain in the past and I will say that I didn't experience any of that with Purple. Physically I felt great in the morning but mentally I was super tired. If you are less than 160lbs and a side sleeper I would be cautious. The "spring back" from the gel grid seems too strong and we felt it in our shoulders creating pressure points and discomfort. Seems like it is designed for a different demographic. I am jealous for the people that love this mattress because I really, really wanted to love it. Will have to go back to temperpedic for considerably more $$.

A little over a year ago we ordered a Purple 2 mattress and power base. The delivery delay was more horrible then the old Temper-pedic mattress we wanted to replace. We almost canceled our order. However we held on a little while longer. And we are so glad we did. Both my husband and l are in our 60's and have back, hip and shouldar joint pain. Our old Temper-pedic was just not helping either of us. It was hot - fine in winter but during a typical Texas summer nite it was like sleeping on a heating pad. The delivery and set up crew were fast, polite and efficent. Our new bed was set up and ready for a test nap within 30 minutes. The comfort was shocking and the power base made the mattress even more comfortable. Even more amazing was both of us were pretty much pain free within 7 days. In April 2019 we took a long road trip. On day 10 we decided to cut our trip short and head home. Our aches and pains were back with a vengence thanks to the hotel beds. With a few days of sleeping on our Purple2 mattress those aches and pains were gone. We like our Purple so much we are buying another one to put in our new Travel trailer. The new pillow top Serta is nice enough but no way near as comfy as the Purple...
