Went ahead and read all the reviews and I thought it couldn't be possible for a mattress to be so good and to be so comfortable, however when we got the new purple mattress we couldn't believe of it being on 9" tall it would still do the trick, but it did its an amazing mattress we've had other memory foam and gel mattresses but none compare to Purple. Purple you rock!

My husband and I are physically active people. We work out a lot and go to sleep sore! With the purple, my arms and hands no longer fall asleep while I am sleeping!! We wake up refreshed and ready to deal with the new day!! Or dog Sundae loves the purple matress too!! There is plenty of room for the three of us!! We no longer have to worry about falling into the matress groves our traditional mattress had!! We highly recommend the purple mattress!!

The sales guy recommended the purple mattress (we were deciding between that and the hybrid) because my husband and I are both side sleepers. Sadly, however, the mattress is just too soft and we wake up with back pain every morning. I really really wanted to love this mattress, but it's just disappointing. We're considering exchanging it for the hybrid, but don't want to face the same problem again next time.

I've only been using this mattress for about 2 weeks now but I am in love! Once I fall asleep I am out until my kids wake me up! I wake up feeling so good, no neck pain. I also purchased the pillow and I love that as well. It has really helped back and neck pain. My husband does not like the mattress as much but he sleep on his stomach which you shouldn't do anyway. He sleeps better when he doesn't end up on his stomach. Looking for a mattress is so hard and stressful, save yourself time and just buy a Purple.

Me and my boyfriend got this mattress at Mattress Firm and we fell in love with it immediately. We've had it for a few months now and I have been sleeping better on this than I have on any other mattress EVER. I have had back problems for so long, and I have had no problems since getting this. And I am a horribly light sleeper, and when you have to be up at 4am and your boyfriend gets in bed after getting off work at almost midnight, you wake up almost instantly. With this mattress I don't even wake up to him walking into the room now. I'd recommend this mattress to anyone, and my aunt is even gettin ready to buy one after I raved about it to her.

Ok, I've had this mattress now for almost 5 years. I bought mine well before they had any type of options other than size. I don't think that would matter. I hate this mattress. Its soooo firm. I can't get a good nights rest without either back/hip pain as well as my arm constantly falling asleep from pressure on my shoulder. My boyfriend who probably prefers to sleep on a rock even dislikes this mattress. I finally went out an bought a nice mattress topper after a few years of suffering and now my bed is finally so much better. I knew almost immediately this bed probably wasn't for me, but I was just hoping and praying my body would adjust by the 100 days and eventually I'd fall in love...I was dead wrong. I mean the technology is cool, but this mattress %100 isn't for me or my boyfriend. I can't even get into how the mattress is about 3 or 4 inches shorter than a standard mattress, so I have a huge gap from my mattress to my baseboard. I saw this in other reviews when I purchased, and maybe in the last 4 years the issue has been fixed (I hope) because it seems to have been a major issue with Purple.

This mattress is definitely not for someone who has lumbar spinal issues. I wanted to like this mattress, however, i woke up with more back pain. I'm 119lbs side sleeper and back sleeper. This mattress offered no support and it was if I could feel the gridding that is within the mattress. I returned today and spent the extra 1k to go with a tempurpedic as it is hands down worth the money.

We love our new king sized Purple mattress! We ordered a base online, and that was shipped in a box and super easy to put together. The mattress was even easier to set up! We have the regular Purple mattress and it is perfect! It seems like it will last years and years to come. Soooo much easier than buying a traditional mattress with traditional box springs.

When my wife and I first got this mattress we were happy. Seemed like a good buy. Our last mattress was a disaster and anything was an upgrade from that. After awhile we were walking g up feeling like we didn't really get much sleep. Both my wife and I consistently wake up with numb limbs. Im a bigger guy at 260 but my wife is 100 lbs soaking wet so this bed isnt performing for anyone within a reasonable weight. We both are developing shoulder problems. I can barely get to sleep anymore because of the pain. My wife is having issues with her hips and shoulders. She wakes up angry everyday now. Do you know what it's like to wake up next to an angry women everyday? This bed is ruining my life. This bed is the worst we've ever slept in. Were both young and in good health but this bed is making us feel old and out of shape. I love the marketing but take it from me... This bed is the worst. Looking back I should have known from the way they oversell this product. Its a bed... Not a Cadillac.... Tone it down. I would ask for a refund but I think I'd get more satisfaction watching this thing burn in my yard.

I have to admit, I wasn't sure that I would like this Matressthunker at first. It's been 3 weeks and I am in love with it. I feel like I did back when I was in my 20s and would bounce out of bed with no aches or pains. I sleep better and deeper and in the morning, I don't feel groggy. I would recommend this mattress to anyone who wants a good night sleep.
