"The Purple mattress is the best mattress we've ever had, period hands down. We had been looking for a mattress that relieved both the lower lumbar back pain we both had, and the shoulder pain I had. It accomplishes both, we now sleep through the night and we wake up pain free feeling refreshed, no more aches. After sleeping on the mattress for 3 weeks it sleeps cool and comfy, and with the grid pattern, we no longer disturb each other when we get out of bed. This was money well spent, we love it!

From first impression to after several months of blissful sleep, my wife and I agree this is the most comfortable mattress we have ever experienced. I found this mattress and decided "why not, nothing can be worse than the mattress we are sleeping on now". Boy, am I glad I took the chance on Purple. The first night I slept better than I had in years! Everyone who has come over and checked out our bed LOVES IT! The ONLY problem is that we had to buy a mattress pad, because of the warrante and we're not able to find one that had any give in it, so it does effect the bed's performance a bit. We already used jersey sheets but the protector is what we are having a problem with. IF you don't want to worry about the 10 year warranty by maybe getting an accidental stain on the bed, then I highly recommend trying a Purple.

I bought this mattress to replace a Sealy mattress that was five years old. My main complaint was lower back pain. The Purple mattress was easy to order and unpack. It was a vast improvement on my lower back (thought not a cure all). I recommend it as a dependable cost effective replacement for traditional mattresses.

I bought two mattresses and frames. Easy to assemble and super comfortable. Got free sheets and they are so soft. Customer service and online chat were very helpful and knowledgeable of Purple. They sent eye masks to sleep with but I'm using them as my face masks during this pandemic!!

The foundation is sturdy, and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. I've had the pillow for almost a year now and it hasn't gone flat, not even a little bit. I toss and turn quite a bit, and with the Purple mattress, it no longer wakes up my wife. Very satisfied.

I love this bed! In our old bed, I would wake up with extremities being numb and asleep, legs, arms, head, but I haven't had that problem at all with the Purple mattress. It is so incredibly comfortable with the perfect balance of cradling and support. I've had it for about two months now and I still say, almost every time I lay down on it, how much I love my bed...I think my husband might be starting to get jealous...seriously though, I'm a pretty frugal person and it makes me cringe to make large purchases, but I think this bed is worth every penny! My only complaint is that we bought the California King because my husband is 6'3" and the mattress was about an inch shorter than advertised. Everything else about this bed, I love.

This has changed me and my wifes life. She has a bad back and the first night of sleeping on it she never tossed or woke up. She can even sleep on her stomach now. This is truly a amazing bed. Unfortunately I will be returning the mattress after I hit the 21 days which is the minimum amount of time you're required to have it before you can initiate a return/refund. After 2 weeks of sleeping on it I just can't get use to the feeling of laying on jello. It is too unstable and jiggly and feels like a waterbed in some ways. I also do not like feeling the grid/squares while laying down, it's quite a nuisance. I need a solid stable mattress. So I will be going back to a traditional innerspring mattress which suits me well. Make no mistake, this seems to be a high quality mattress but it just isn't for me.

Bed came earlier than what they told me, said they would replace it. No follow up on there side, I called 5 times. 33 days later I'm told get a pillow ce report and we will replace it. I've had to go buy another bed no refund or bed from you to date. I'm now away for the Army wife has something no thanks to you. Way to honor your word, treat a veteran and just make a horrible experience. If I could give you a worse score I would
