I spent about $1400 on an organic-pillow top-latex hybrid-fancy pants queen mattress. A year in I experienced consistent lower back pain and would wake up just aching. Also, I sleep hot and that was...a problem. I did some research and the Purple seemed the way to go. I found out a friend had a purple and as all good friends do they let me sleep over ;) I was sold and got my own. I no longer worry about back pain because it is gone! I now worry about losing my job because I never ever want to get out of bed. Thank you for your time.

My boyfriend and I had been sleeping on a ten year old mattress for the last year or so and after waking up with a crick in both our necks three nights running, we decided a change was needed. In swept the Purple! It was easy to set up and fit nicely on the frame we had. I didn't notice any weird chemical smells or anything that I've heard horror stories about with these rolled up, by-mail mattresses. The first week was rough as my low back got used to the new support, but now that I've grown accustomed to it, I wake up less often, rarely toss and turn, and start my day without unyielding neck pain. Yay Purple!

I thought I was getting the best sleep I could in my memory foam mattress. However after owning said mattress for 8 years I started waking up with awful back and shoulder pain. So I started doing my research just to find out that memory foam was just making my pain worse. I decided to give Purple a try and boy am I glad I did! I'm two weeks in on owning Purple and I have said goodbye to back and shoulder pain. Goodbye to sleep medication and hello to happy mornings! Within five minutes of laying on Purple I am a sleep like a baby! No more tossing and turning trying to get comfortable, just instant comfort! Only thing I have a problem with is that I didn't buy one sooner!

We got the original Purple mattress after having a major brand pillow top mattress for years. The Purple doesn't feel as soft as the pillow but that's ok. When you get in it seems more firm but more giving at the same time. It's also cooler and makes me sweat much less over night. Where I really notice the difference is in the morning I'm not sore like I used to be. I would buy again but probably save longer for the new 3" or 4" one

I had bought purple a few years ago, and eventually moved and gave to my family, end up buyimg a cheaper mattress because of logistics reason, now i moved again and finally bought a nice king all for myself again. There is no place like home but there is no comfort without purple

It makes me sleep so well that I can no longer sleep in. I get 6 hrs of sleep ever night then wake up awake. This is highly annoying when I want to sleep in on the weekends. O well guess I will just have to start working out or pick up a hobby. Also no longer have to see Chiropractor (For whiplash from accident from 8 yrs ago.) ever 2 week to fix neck and back. Been 4 months since the last time I saw him.

Only found out about Purple mattresses in the last couple of years. I'm so glad I found them, their mattress is the most amazing mattress I've ever slept on. It is well worth the investment, which isn't that much of a different from traditional mattresses. With the great sales throughout the year, you can get their other products for free and have the whole Purple line in your bedroom giving you amazing sleep.

Purple service was great, but the mattress just hasn't completely blown my mind, but my husband loves it! My hubs: ~200lbs, 6ft3, side sleeper. Me: ~150lbs, 5ft2, side/stomach sleeper. He's slept like a baby since day one. It took me at least a month to get used to, and even now, I still have some hip/lowerback pain on occasion (my body adjusts to it better when I'm home for long periods of time. Anytime I come back from a few weeks of work travel, I have to re-adjust :( ). I wanted it to be the game-changer I had hoped for, but I realize that might just not exist for me. It is definitely way better than the old mattress I had, though, so props for that!

Have been sleeping on the mattress for about three weeks now and so far it's been great. No back pain in the morning. Only thing I don't like is it seems to be higher on the edges and sinks a little lower in the center of the mattress. Feel like I roll toward the middle of the bed instead of staying on my side of the bed.

I got a cali king and loving it!!! Was always having back pain but now i feel great!! Got the base for it aswell and its awsome, though i did hear some squeeks here and there..i would love your pillow im sure. Ill see when i can get that next. Thank you for this wonderful bed..u made my life better!
