I USED to sleep on a "high range air mattress" that every time the temperature changed, I had to reset my "number". Just got a "purple" .. best sleep I have had in years... I had to put it up myself.. the frame was a cinch.. but the king size mattress was so heavy I needed to borrow the neighbor's husband to get it up on the frame... and the part that says "unroll it with the grey side down" doesn't work because the mattress is rolled so that the grey ends up on the upside.... and my mattress started to expand before all the sticky plastic was off it... consequently I had to borrow the neighbor's husband again to help me flip it... NO easy task... Return it?? Over my dead body!!! You just need to roll it so that when it unrolls the grey side is already down. (already posted this to your facebook page if it looks familiar.. lol)

The mattress is good but really heavy. I challenge the product team to deliver same features with less weight. The mattress is very impractival if you leave in rented accomodation and need to move every few year(s). The mattress cna be a real pain if you have to move it.

Everything finally came in. Although i don't understand why i received it in three different shipments. The mattress is very firm. Almost as firm as the one i just got rid of. Still find it hot while sleeping. Not what was advertised. But still a very good product.

Everything from the crafting to the unwrapping of this project was fun. You can tell this company cares about what they make and their customers. It isn't just that our mattress is comfortable we know that it was crafted by a crazy crew of workers, marketers and founders. We will be buying our kiddo's mattress from you all as well because he keeps saying that we have the best one. Love it, five stars and thumbs up.

My wife and I made our first married purchase on our queen purple mattress (why isn't the cover purple?). Upon setting it up, we immediately noticed how soft it was when pressed on with a hand, however, when lying on it, it's actually quite firm. The experience of lying on the purple mattress and pillows, like many online review resources have described, is a unique experience and difficult to translate into words. It is firm while at the same time, soft. I describe it as being firm, but in a way that you can't tell why. As in, there is no particular point of pressure. It's as if you're laying on a perfectly molded plastic shell for your body. I know that sounds weird, but it's a comfortable weird. I would highly recommend the mattress and pillow to everyone.

We ordered a king- they sent us a Cal. King in a king package. I emailed them, but it took about a week before getting a response to those emails. Note: calling was immediately effective, and the customer service was pretty darn good. They had a new mattress to us in 3 days after calling. I don't think I'll be buying another mattress from them, though... with a 10 year warranty, there's no need to. I've used a trial of all of the other mattress brands you see while scrolling through your Facebook feed, and this is the one right here. My back pain is gone and I'm no longer stiff when I wake up. It's a 15/10

I bought the Purple (my wife has a bad back) after watching a number of independent reviews on youtube. Just two days after getting the bed my wife loves it - she feels so much better getting up in the morning. Unfortunately, much to my surprise, after two weeks I do not like it at all...I have never had back troubles and never have had any trouble sleeping on any surface (I can sleep on the floor and not be bothered). But I don't sleep well on this mattress...don't know why, but it just feels strange and I'm tossing and turning on it. We will keep it because my wife loves it, but I'm bummed that I at least am not neutral on it.

My husband and I had tried nearly every mattress on the market, pillow tops, memory foam, latex and for the last 5 years Sleep Number. My husband is a 100% disabled vet with serious low back pain and insomnia. I have Fibro and the nights are so painful I nearly cry every time I turned over. My niece introduced me to the purple mattress concept and after trying it out in the store we bought one. The first night I slept without pain and so deeply I barely remember turning over. I woke up feeling so great from the first truly restful sleep I've had in years. My husband took a few nights to adjust but loves the mattress now as much as I do. I think that if you have Fibro or other sleep and pain issues you should run, not walk to your local Purple store and try this mattress. It has changed my life, I hope it does that for you too. Firstly to let you know... I am a blue collar worker that has recently taken my father into my home because I don't want him to go to a Nursing home. He has a lot of trouble with pain in his back and hips. And after seeing a lot of the Purple adds, and doing a little research on this mattress? I knew it would be the best thing for him. Knowing that there are a lot more underlying problems internally with him! I thought this would be a very good first step to making him as comfortable as possible, getting him a better night sleep than he had gotten in the past. That would promote a better day the next day with activities. And it definitely has. The reason I titled this review the way I did? Is simply because it is true. Literally, the night before this Purple mattress arrived. I heard him up and about.. Keeping me up worrying about him. The day after it arrived and we replaced his old mattress with this new one? I didn't hear anything that night. So? Not only did he get the rest that he deserves... I also wasn't woken up wondering why he was up at odd hours. I noticed right away when I got up for work the day after he slept on it, that... He was smiling, had coffee ready for the both of us, and was walking around the house with a little more "Pride, in his Stride". This was and probably always will be the very best investment I have ever made. Thank you, Purple for making my Dad feel better. And in turn! Making me feel better. A loving son and customer. The mattress took some adjusting since I previously had a vet soft mattress. After a week or two I plan on keeping my purple mattress. The only critique I do have is being able to feel the square design pattern in the mattress its self! Nothing a thin topper couldn't fix!
