My previous bed was a Tempur-pedic adjustable memory foam bed, but from the beginning, my wife and I both had problems sleeping on it. The adjustable base was great, but the mattress seemed to attract heat and we would both wake up in a swamp. My wife slept on her daughter's purple on a visit and fell in love with it. She insisted that it would be our next bed. I figured, what could I lose? More sleep? We decided that we would buy one when things weren't so tight financially. One night, I was "window shopping" on your website and discovered your financing option. I can't imagine being more happy with my new Purple than I am. We had a slight miscommunication with my order, I intended to order a Split King, but accidentally ordered a regular King. Your Customer Service people quickly changed the order and all without headaches. Thank you for creating such a great bed.

We bought the Purple mattress with included mattress cover based on the many positive reviews. We purchased the purple mattress 4/16 and it's now 6/21. We wanted to make sure we gave the mattress a fair chance and it has not met our expectations. To start off, my wife and I were sore for about 2 weeks but we've adjusted since then. The Mattress is way firmer than expected. I'm a combination sleeper and my wife is a side sleeper. We both have noticed that we wake up several times throughout the night with our arms asleep from the circulation being cut off by the mattress. We read several reviews about the mattress sleeping cooler and this is not the case for us. My wife and I wake up completely drenched with sweat because the material does not breath. We wanted this mattress to live up to our expectations so badly but we are extremely disappointed.

This is the second mattress I've purchased from purple and I couldn't be more pleased. The complementary bamboo sheets that came with the bed (love the crisp white) are so comfortable and fit the bed perfectly. Even during the covid pandemic, my bed came in a completely reasonable timeframe, especially since this was an unexpected move during this time when it's proven difficult to get ahold of essentials in a timely manner.

Excellent packaging of the mattress right down to the smaller details like the metal fasteners being protected so as to not scratch the wooden legs, and the mattress bag having strong reinforced carry handles. I read a couple of reviews about an unpleasant smell as the mattress "de-gassed" but didn't notice any bad odor. It took me a couple nights to adjust to the firmness of the mattress. I'm a smaller individual (5'7" 120 lbs) so I didn't sink in as much as my old spring mattress. Now, after a couple nights, I'm not feeling the pressure points I used to feel and I really like not having that "stuck" feeling of a typical memory foam. Thanks for a good experience.

It's a bit early to tell if I can rate it better than Good - will have to see how well it lasts and if the sleep satisfaction is consistent. I would have to say after two weeks though, it is definitely at least Good, maybe even Great. I have gotten up every day feeling not-sore. At first (like others have reviewed) it feels like the rear sinks down a bit too far, and I am not a heavy person, though I guess maybe it is just the way things feel with the way it supports (what seems to be properly). Most of the time I am a back sleeper but I can sleep in all positions comfortably with this bed. I did not shop around, so it's my fault for not trying one of the others which might be just as good and a bit cheaper. I was taken in by the hilarious, hip, convincing ads, and also the reassurance of 100 nights to test it. If I didn't like it I would definitely ask for a refund, but so far so good. If there's any complaints at all, it's just some mixed messages from support and shipping. After I made the purchase, I got a notice that my shipment was delayed due to address mislabeling, but then shortly thereafter it actually arrived a few days early. The other puzzling thing was it had no documentation or cutter tool inside the bag it came in. I've seen videos online of people receiving their mattress and they had some documentation inside. I emailed Purple to have them send it to me, but they wouldn't. They sent me a link to the standard warranty page but that is it. The mattress did not come with the cutting tool either, so I really did not know what to do with it. I had to search for videos of what other people did and hope for the best. All in all I am enjoying the bed though, at least thus far :)

Honest review is, this bed is weird but in a good way. I'm used to sleeping on an ultra soft pillow top type mattress so when I first got Purple I thought, uh oh, this is too firm for me. The foam layers are firm but the purple gel stuff is nice and squishy so it's a good balance. After sleeping on it a few days I really started to enjoy it. It's definitely not the falling into a super soft mattress feeling but it is really comfortable and you actually feel like you're sleeping properly. You do feel like your body is aligned and my back has felt great. We got the protective cover for it and even with that it sleeps cool and comfortable. Overall I'm very satisfied with Purple and glad we went with it.

Have had purple mattress for a month now and am still getting a good nights sleep. Both hubby and I would would wake every few hours with our previous mattress, but since having purple both of us have been able to sleep all night. Sometimes will go to bed with back pain from the day, but wake up now with no back pain. Really is what they say with zero pressure points. I am less than 120 pounds and sleep is comfortable with the purple mattress.

I recently purchased two twins mats for my daughters ,, I have laid on them and the support and comfort levels are amazing , both girls say, they absolutely love them, and have been spending more time in their rooms , besides the actually item the process and delivery method, and unpacking was very easy !

I remember when Purple first made its debut with the egg experiment. I've been looking for a mattress to help with my scoliosis because I couldn't seem to find the right one, they were either too soft or too firm. Purple is the perfect hybrid of your soft and firm mattress preferences! I've had several friends lay on my Purple and I always get, "OH. MY. GOD." Every time! I'm a college student that relies a lot on my bed to get a good nights rest or even to study in and Purple has made studying fun (almost, but not really...let's be real lol). I also super appreciate that Purple gives you a free item of your choice, I was really not trying to spend money on a mattress protector so I'm glad Purple hooked me up. Thank you for existing Purple!!

We had a temperpedic mattress for six years, which I always found too hard, especially when it was cool in the room. In he winter, it was like sleeping on a cold brick. After I had back surgery, the mattress pressed painfully into my incisions, and so I bought a beautiful purple. It allowed me to sleep without pain, comfortably. There was no pressure point on my incisions, it was soft and supportive but not hard or squishy. And my husband's snoring has all but disappeared, a benefit I had t even hoped for! I highly recommend this mattress! Plus it is an awesome company and I like their business model!
