We were a bit outside of our comfort zone in ordering a mattress online. A week befor we had shopped in a national retail store and had found a few mattresses from the major brands that felt pretty good. But as you know, lying on them in the show room is so very different than actually sleeping on it in your own home. The cost of their mattresses caused a bit of sticker shock. Afterwards, we felt that it was worth trying so we took Purple at their word with the 100 night trial, and ordered. We felt that we had nothing to lose. It arrived a few weeks later, and to date we have no regrets and feel really good about giving Purple a try. It is as comfortable as everyone says, and it feels so different than everything else we had experienced. In the end we got a wonderful mattress for something like 1/2 what we were looking at paying for one of the main brand's offerings.

I wanted to like Purple so much, that at first the mattress was disappointing. It is firmer than my old temperpedic, its heavy, and I realized how much money I spent... ...And then the back pain went away. And the cold sweats from overheating. The sheets are weird at first but absolutely wonderful, and the biggest surprise was the pillow. I have issues ending up on my stomach unless I have a very down pillow. When I got the purple pillow, I liked the feel, but didn't end up using it. Then all of a sudden I "accidentally" fell asleep on it. I woke up on my side, refreshed and FINALLY without neck pain. I went Purple and I love it.

I have been through a few mattresses in the past year trying to find one that worked for me. Some were too soft. Some too hard. Some too hot. Purple seems to be the best of everything. Love that I can finance my purchase with Affirm. I love that I have 100 nights to try it out before I decide if I am going to keep it. While I'm not totally over the moon about it, I will say that my hip pain has decreased and I seem to be sleeping better than I was before. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. :)

So far we like our mattress. It took awhile for us to adjust and we still are wondering if it's the right choice. We read a few reviews that mentioned it's hard to find sheets that work with this mattress, so be sure to order the purple mattress sheets. We've been waiting two months now for our sheets and still haven't received them. Almost two weeks ago I reached out and they said they'd ship them out, but no updates on my shipping information. We are anxious to see if the sheets will make a difference for us.

This mattress is everything they advertise and more. So comfortable and genuinely feels like I'm floating on a cloud. I'm usually a side sleeper and I've noticed my shoulders and low back don't hurt like they used to on my old mattress. But whichever way you like to sleep, this mattress will make it much comfier.

This was definitely not a love at first sleep mattress for my boyfriend and I. We were used to a less firm mattress but wanted to try purple because we had heard that it was great with back support. I remember waking up after the first night and telling my boyfriend I hated it, a month later I love it. I'm sleeping through the night and my back is feeling better and better. Thanks purple! Sorry for doubting you in the beginning.

We finally bit the bullet and got a new mattress. Purple has exceeded our expectations...it's awesome! It's soft yet supportive, quiet, and looks great. We are sleeping better with less aches and pains after just about a month. Would definitely recommend!

Bought the whole package. 2 twin XL's, power base, mattress protector.. Bed showed up at a reasonable time. 7-10 days I think. Power base took over a month to show up, then the delivery guys whined about taking my existing bed to another room. Have emailed Purple twice about being unhappy with zero response. I do not like the bed at all. The twin (XL) is not XL. it's 6" shorter than the twin XL's I did have. It slides all over the power base. My back hurts more than my old memory foam bed I had for 10 years. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the thing. Just the mattresses cause the power base is actually pretty cool. Then I'll have to wait however long to get reimbursed by Purple. If it's like the power base delivery time, it'll be 4-5 weeks after returning. The internet ads are phenomenal and I had high hopes for the bed. Spent a little over $4k all together to downgrade from a memory foam. Disappointed for sure. Be interesting now to see if Purple will step up to honor their own return policy and expedite it. Keep you posted.

We received our king mattress and could not be happier. My husband normally sweats at night, but after receiving the purple mattress he no longer wakes up hot and sweaty. The mattress exceeded our expectations and we are a purple mattress family for life!

This is mine and my wife's first quality mattress purchase and we entered it with much trepidation. The reviews were amazing, thw we site was user friendly and the purchase, investment, felt secure with our money back trial period. We felt we had nothing to lose but we still kept our old mattress just in case. Since our Purple purchase, we slept on our old mattress twice for an objective comparison and those were two of the worst nights sleep we've had in a long time. It made us realize that our back problems were a direct result of our sleeping condition and that for all those years, we had gotten use to a bad nights rest. Needless to say, we will never be going back to cheap sub quality mattresses again. Thank you, Purple!
