I purchased two twin mattresses for my kids. They had been using a memory foam mattress and the foam, after 7 years, had started to break down. The mattresses arrived and we set them up. Both kids loved them, the support was better and they really enjoyed the new technology with the grids. Although it took them a bit to get used to them, they both say it is extremely comfortable and may be a purple customer for life. They both struggled with overheating with the old mattresses they had and neither of them have express any concerns about this so far. Thank you for the great customer service and the amazing matress.

I ended up loving my pillow, just not from the get. It had an odor so I had to leave it outside for a couple of days to eliminate the smell. Then I was disappointed you had to blow up a raft for lack of a better description to get it to the correct height. Then the raft got a hole and now that is trash and the pillow is an inch too low for me . I do love it still tho..however, I have not yet found a replacement raft, I just wish they would cut it an inch taller to start.

The best thing about this mattress is that it is cool as advertised; memory foam sleeps way too hot for me. There are two problems I have with this mattress - one is that it is not very thick so the profile is too low to the ground for me considering it must be on a platform bed. The bigger problem for me, is that even through mattress pad, you can feel the indentations of the mattress. In my opinion they're pretty significant.

The bed is the best I have ever owned. I have ordered most of the purple products since I have had the bed. Im not a huge fan of the mattress protector. (I think it leaves the bed a little harder) I am really excited for the pillow and sheet to arrive.

I suffer from severe back pain. I've had a sleeping disorder for the last 25 years. I have woke up in more pain every night until we bought the purple mattress I have woke up with no pain at all. This mattress is legit 5-stars amazing but please be aware that if you order it and sheets at the same time, you MUST have back up sheets at home until your Purple brand sheets arrive. I ordered a Queen mattress and Queen sheets but didn't get the sheets until two months later. That's two months of sleeping on a mattress with nothing but loose, bunchy King sized sheets because I had no other sheets. It doesn't matter if the website says it will only take 2-3 days for your selected color, that is inaccurate information. I couldn't fully enjoy my mattress until the sheets arrived. Now that the sheets and the mattress are combined, it's like I sleep on a slice of heaven every night. The parts of you that stick out just sink right in, while the parts that usually float above a gap get fully supported.

I love sleeping on my stomach and I was unable to because my old mattress was too hard and wouldn't give. It's been about three weeks since I received my Purple mattress and I'm enjoying every night plus I don't go to the restroom as often in the middle of night due to the pressure.

My husband and I have been sleeping on the Purple for over a month now, and we are very pleased with it. I'll say it took a few nights to get used to the bed as it was more firm than our previous one, and it's less comfortable when you first get in than our previous mattress but again, the better sleep makes the adjustment period worth it, and isn't a better sleep what it's all about?

My fiancé and I decided to get a new mattress as a fresh start into our married life, and we are extremely happy with this mattress! We've had it for almost a month and are sleep isn't interrupted anymore, we don't wake up with back or neck pain, we are both combination sleepers (we sleep in all three positions). Even our Great Dane loves our mattress! Super satisfying, highly recommend!!!
