I got this mattress about a month ago and am very pleased with it so far. I was using a temperpedic that was about 20 years old and had liked it but if this mattress lasts as long as that one did I will be very pleased as this purple mattress is more comfortable than the temperpedic was. I also got the purple pillow and that added greatly to my comfort. I have fibromyalgia along with some other health problems and am now sleeping the best I have in years with the mattress and pillow combination. I absolutely love them both along with the comfy sheets I purchased. I wanted the whole set so I could really test out the purple products and love everything I have got. The mattress protector is not as great as it does seem to warm up the mattress for me and takes away some of the comfort but everything else is GREAT. I hope they last a long time and for the price, they are a great buy. I also got the chair cushion and that is helping me when at my desk plus it doesn't slip around like some other cushions. Keep up the good work of making America comfortable.

Unfortunately we never fell in love with our mattress. Two sleepless weeks in I broke down crying, I couldn't do another night. I was worried I was going to go through a lot returning it but Purple was so nice! NO guilting, no "You need to sleep on it longer". They made it very easy for me to donate it to a local church in town, didn't even have to mail my receipt but sent them a picture and saved the stamp, my money was even back in my account that day! I heard of Purple through one of their funny ads on Facebook, and I happened to need a new mattress. I'd heard of a lot of brands of foam-based mattresses that I'm sure are comfortable, but I hadn't found one yet that I wasn't sure would sleep way too hot for me. I learned that Purple sleeps cool, and was immediately interested. I read some reviews, compared, contrasted, yada yada yada, and finally purchased a queen-sized mattress. I've been so pleased with it. I'm sleeping through the night for the first time in years, with little to no back pain in the morning! I have scoliosis, so that's super important to me. I absolutely love my Purple mattress.

I ended up returning the mattress after 90 days, it just wastn't right for my body. The amazing thing is that instead of sending it back, they let me donate it to a local Non-profit and still gave me a full refund. And it was quick. That a pretty amazing thing for a company to do, and I would recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to try Purple.

The purple does it reach the edge of the twin mattress, 4 inches around the entire perimeter has no purple. The purple does reaches the corners of the queen size one my son ordered last year There's a line of demarcation around the whole thing. Not what I expected for over $600 I am happy with the queen I am not happy with the twin

This mattress out performs our old traditional mattress for sure. It was also cheaper. I was a little concerned that it would be too hot as I am a very hot sleeper, but it is the same, if not slightly cooler than our old coil mattress. It is a little on the firm side, but very nice. Our sleep quality has improved since we purchased the Purple mattress.

I am a side/ back sleeper. When we first started sleeping on the mattress, everything was fine. But after a while, my body started to hurt. I now get shoulder and hip pain while sleeping on sides and wake up with lower back pain after sleeping on back. I've tried different pillow combinations under my head and even sleep with a pillow between and under my legs. They have helped but I still wake up with pain.

We have been through 3 mattresses in 10 years. We have finally found the best mattress! We love it so much we bought our daughter one, too! Did not love the pillow, so we will return. But that's ok! The mattress is the most important anyway! And great customer service!

We've had our king size PURPLE bed for 3 weeks now. After the first night my husband said his shoulder/rotator cuff didn't hurt and that's the first time in years! I'm a school bus driver and the spot between my shoulder blades is ALWAYS tight. It is no longer right after sleeping on my PURPLE bed! I recommend this bed to all. When I ordered it, I ordered it from my IPad and didn't see the size options.(2"-3"-4" depth). We received the 2". This bed is just perfect for us. I wonder what the feel difference would have been...doesn't matter now since we are keeping our PURPLE bed! They are correct when they tell you it weighs 140 lbs. plan ahead. It unwrapped very easy too. Good luck!

My husband and I have been looking for a new mattress for over a year. He has MS so pressure points, heat and padding is an issue. We researched this purple filling as true "memory foam" is not what we were looking for, but purple seemed...perfect. We just did it -- with the money back guarantee, we couldn't come up with a valid reason WHY we were waiting. Price tag? Yes, but if you got it and it doesn't work out, it'll be returned. We ordered, and impatiently waited for the package to arrive. It's true that it's heavy. The FedEx man was burly and he was having a problem. Get some muscles before moving. Packaging was minimalist and perfect. Opening the purple package is a bit tricky, the little purple mail opener they gave...doesn't work. Kitchen shears work great though! We received our mattress 2 weeks ago and have hardly left. There's no moving once you're in, it conforms to your body and feels like a perfect temperature hug. We are obsessed with our purple and have told SO many people who are planning to order also.
