Was very excited to receive the purple bed after reading reviews and watching customer videos. I am not disappointed! I fall asleep so much faster and don't wake up with hurting shoulders. I have already recommended this to all my friends and have them try it out. One of them has already purchased a purple mattress themselves. There should be a referral program!! Anyway, this bed is definitely worth the buy! Can't wait to try some pillows!

Not as great as I thought it would be. I bought the cover, but was told by a friend that I shouldn't use it because it makes the bed too warm. Can't return that even though it was never even opened. Pretty disappointed with the customer service in that product. We'll see, going to give it another week but likely giving it back.

I have purchased two mattresses in recent months. The first is a Leesa and the second is a Purple. Both were highly reviewed and comparable in price (Purple was slightly more). I find the Leese slightly more comfortable. I find the Purple a little cooler to sleep on. Both provide a comfortable sleep. I do have a suggestion that I believe is important. I live by myself. Moving items - large items - is a challenge. The Leesa arrive in a box with handles about 1/3 of the way down the box (similar to a clothes pac moving box). While it is heavy, it is possible for a single person to place their hands in the holes (handles and carry the box to the desired location to unpack). The Purple mattress package has two handles near the end of each of a plastic tube. It is impossible to lift the king mattress by a single individual by grabbing the handles because you can't get enough leverage on it. it requires two people to move it otherwise you drag it (which is what I did). This may seem like a minor thing, but it was an unpleasant experience and I felt like I was "fighting" the mattress to get it into a downstairs bedroom. More importantly, this is the first experience with the mattress. I enjoy the mattress and would recommend it to someone else, but I would strongly encourage you to rethink the package and think about from the perspective of a single homeowner.

My husband and I decided to try out the Purple mattress after spending buying a new memory foam mattress topper every 2 years. What a change! I liked the feel of a memory foam mattress, but hated feeling stuck in it when I went to move. I also hated how hot it got in the middle of the night. The Purple mattress has a similar feel to memory foam in that you are cradled, but I don't feel stuck. And it doesn't get hot. We could not be any happier with our new mattress.

I bought this bed because our bed was old and very noisy, woke up with pain every day, and started to feel springs. Your commercial with suma wrestlers on it and yet you heard no noise was the cincher.....my husband is 350 and I was around 295......NO NOISE!! Oh, and it gives us a great night of sleep and no pain in the morning! That is huge!!

I'm a side sleeper and the Purple mattress is just too firm for my needs. I tried to get used to it, but have not found a comfortable position even with varying pillows. Perhaps if Purple had a choice of a deeper or softer top, it would have worked. Thanks for the opportunity. I've reached out to the "return team" and they were very helpful.

Love it. It did take a few nights for me to adjust to proper alignment but it still just felt right even on the first night. Husband slept remarkably more comfortably and better from the first night. It does sleep notabley cooler than anything We've tried before. It's really remarkable in that way. Enjoyed sleep on it for a month when we took trip and slept on a Sleep Number bed. We missed the Purple like crazy.

I work construction and it seems lower back pain comes with the territory. When i lay on my Purple bed i get instant relief. No matter what position i sleep in, I have absolutely no pain. I never thought i could lay in a bed and be so comfortable. Worth every penny and more. Thanks Purple.

So happy I invested in a new mattress! The old mattress I was sleeping on was killing my back but purple has saved my back from being in pain every day. The mattress is so soft and works with your body more. My partner and I both agree it was well worth the money! We have been encouraging others to invest in a purple mattress.

We are about 2 weeks in with our Purple 4 and so far so good! I'm giving a 1 star rating solely based on the frustration and disappointment with Purple shipping and customer service. We purchased our mattress towards the end of November and were told it would be up to 2 weeks for delivery. Our items (other than the mattress) arrived in about 1 week. We ordered 2 pillows and only received one. The invoice said there were 2 in the box but there was only one. Okay....no big deal....easily fixed with a phone call. After 2 weeks had passed I phoned Purple regarding when we would receive our mattress. I was told they weren't sure but that it would definitely be after Christmas (2 weeks over the original time frame). Okay....deep breath....annoying but I can deal. I received an email on the 17th that said delivery was scheduled for 12/26 between 3-7 and if no changes needed to be made no confirmation was necessary. Okay....sweet....can't wait! My husband took off work on the the 26th and was at home by 3. 7:00 came and went....no mattress. My husband called the delivery company and was told sorry they had it on their schedule to deliver on the 27th between 5 and 8. Okay....super annoying.....but again I can deal. The next night my husband got home early again to be at the house by 5. About 6:00 my husband decides to call just to check on the status and was told not only were we not on the list for delivery.....THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE OUR MATTRESS!!! Okay......not okay......going to erupt!! Purple had no idea what was going on. The delivery company had no idea what was going on. Everyone was sorry but no one took responsibility for our mattress (not to mention the vacation time that we used in order to be home for the delivery)!!! The morning of the 7th we were scheduled for delivery again. I got a phone call that morning stating that they could not find our mattress and would have to call us back when they found it. I felt like I was candid camera. This had to be a joke. I have never experienced such INCOMPETENCE in my life. They were able to find it a few hours later and deliver it. This was a very frustrating experience and I would not order anything from this company ever again.
