I am always a early adopter for any technologies, robot cleaner, fancy noodle maker, you name it. But till now the Purple Mattress has been my best investment! From the first night I felt that it's worth the money. As soon as you hit the bed, the cuddling feel wraps you up. It's been over a month, and I feel really refreshed every night! Their customer service is amazing. Those guys are truly eager to help. You can feel their passion to make your experience great. Now I am a Purple convert.

My husband and I decided to try Purple at the recommendation of a friend after his purchase. Having been in a bad car wreck in 2002, nights were always restless because I could never sleep comfortably no matter what position I slept in. I always woke up with a stiff/sore back and neck and felt like I hadn't slept much. Two years ago we bought a Purple and I was a bit skeptical but excited all the same. The first 3 nights were a bit odd adjusting to the feel of the bed because I literally couldn't feel the bed under my body. It was like sleeping suspended in air!! But I quickly noticed I was sleeping hard and sound all night and waking up with zero pain which hadn't been the case in 15 years. We loved the bed so much that we recommended it to others who also instantly fell in love with Purple and continued to spread the word. My daughter - a hockey goalie, was tossing and turning in her sleep complaining how hot the mattress was and was waking up with headaches so I decided to order her the same bed we purchased 2 years ago (original Purple) believing if it helped my husband and I sleep better, that it would do the same for her. As an athlete, she needed a bed that adjusted to her petite yet muscular frame and temperature as she always runs warm. She immediately loved the bed and said it sleeps cooler and I noticed she wasn't tossing and turning when I'd check in on her throughout the night. I posted this purchase on Facebook and how much I recommend parents of athletes to buy this bed for their kids because it's a game changer for them. So much so that I thought about going into sales for this product because it is by far the best bed design and invention I've ever encountered. I plan to buy my oldest daughter and her husband one for their new home purchase, especially since the announcement that she's pregnant. There is no better bed for her to sleep on in my opinion. I could go on and on about this bed but in a nut shell, IT IS THE BEST PURCHASE AND DECISION we've ever made!! You will love it. Thank you Purple for designing a mattress that doesn't keep me up all night. I've never slept so good in my entire life.

My husband loves this mattress and it has been better for his back but now I am the one waking up several times throughout the night with back pain. For me, I think the mattress is too squishy (for lack of a better word), I sink down into it too much and I honestly don't like the feel of the "honey comb" pattern while I sleep. I was hoping for a more flat, slightly harder surface. I don't want to send the bed back because my husband likes it. Do you have any suggestions for me?

I am a someone who gets extremely hot while sleeping. My husband is always cold. The bed helps keep me cool even with the many blankets my husband likes to use. It did take a few weeks for my body to adjust to the new feeling of the mattress but I sleep so much better now!

We replaced our RV sofa bed with a daybed we made from 2x4 lumber. We designed it for an XL Twin mattress, as we are tall people and wanted to actually use this as one of our beds. At the suggestion of our daughter (one of your happy customers) we ordered our new bed from Purple. We chose the original, and I have been so pleased with our new mattress. It works equally well as our sofa (with added bolsters and pillows for the back) and as my bed at night. Love it, and are now considering replacing our queen mattress in the RV with another Purple.

It's probably too early for me to provide an accurate review of our purple mattress due to the fact we have been sleeping on it for only two weeks, but in these first few days, there is no doubt both my better-half and I are sleeping better. Where the concern comes in has to do with how one's body adjusts to new bedding. Unlike Select Comfort beds which we were seriously considering until I came face-to-face with YOUR Goldilocks, we were almost totally committed to buying one of their beds. Your company's 100-night guarantee and lower price is what caused me to reconsider. (Without a doubt, your infomercial had an equal impact on my buying decision.) A company who doesn't take themselves too seriously, but emphasizes customer satisfaction wins my heart, mind and soul everytime! I love how you go about educating your audience on the benefits of owning a purple sleep system, while only grazing your competition. (Another effective tactic in marketing. I don't like the "Buy our product, we're better than Joe Schmoe's down the street!" without going into what makes your product better than all the rest.) Your marketing campaign hits all the right notes and in the perfect key too. Now for the hard part. I am still not sure we are going to keep our purple. Time will tell. But even if we should end up donating it to charity and sending you the proof so we can get our money back if we're not satisfied, your attention to appealing to your potential customers and their needs, your communication and ease of order, to your partnership with FedEx and their second-to-none tracking system, to your following up in the first days and now weeks, makes this whole experience one I can safely say is amazing! Just based on my experience to date, I will DEFINITELY recommend "Purple" to anyone who quizzes me on your product and service. Wow. Just wow. This bed has literally changed my life! After having years of back pain from crappy mattresses this bed had me sleeping like a baby in days. The support is incredible while not being too hard or too soft. And if you roll over in the middle of the night there's nothing to disturb your partner.. I have finally found myself sleeping through the night! The pillow is perfect too. I am officially won over by the purple brand.

Great and comfortable mattress. I love it and it helps my back and shoulders perfectly. My fiance also finds it comfortable. Unfortunately I can not give it a 5 star due to it starting to sag after a year of use. We followed the instructions for proper care but still had this issue. Support was very helpful and was very responsive as to getting us set up with a new mattress but still seems a bit lack luster to exchange after a year.

First off just like the title states this is the best bed i have ever bought. We have always bought Serta the past 3 times and noticed our last mattress did not offer the support and started to wear quicker. Since day one you will notice certain aches and pains will start to fade away. Then you will notice you will wake up in the position you fell asleep in and feel rested. On a personal note I'm a big guy and have lower back pain with a fair share of sciatica. since we have moved to Purple i have had no flare up and noticed the added support when i sleep on my stomach which would usually cause pain and numbness in my legs.

We have been using the Power Base, and the mattress and it seems that I am sleeping better! I have had 5 back surgeries and my shoulders ache! But now, my shoulders are feeling better and, by the way, my wife now loves to make a siesta in her new bed...and naturally I also follow her!
