I never thought I would be able to afford a bed that could give me the sleep that purple does. No more aches and pains for my old mattress. And the sheets and pillows are definitely things to consider getting as well. Having it all makes it even better. Only problem I have is the king size pillow cases are too big for the purple pillow, but other than that amazing.

We really like our mattress. Started with hybrid 2 which slept super cool but was a tad firm for my wife who is a side sleeper. Support suggested the original which is perfect for us. Definitely recommend Purple products and their support team is extremely helpful.

We picked up a king Purple Hybrid at Mattress Firm last week. Night 5-best sleep I have honestly had in a long time. The sheets are super cool and no more sweating for my husband. Waking up rested and no aches & pains. We also added a power adjustable base which makes the bed even more comfy. We have enjoyed our bed so much thus far we purchased the large pet bed for our 3 dogs. Hopefully, they love it as much as we love our bed. It even arrived Fed Ex 2 days sooner than expected. Very Happy thus far.

The first night sleeping on the Purple mattress was amazing. It feels more like a real mattress compared to our old waterbed (which was almost waveless). My hubby lay down pretty hard, then it hit me....I never even felt the mattress move! Whoa. We consider this mattress to be firm (again, compared to our waveless waterbed), yet your body sinks into it and is cradled by it. There is a definite cool sensation. It took a few seconds to get used to it and warm up. Every night I used to wake up many times, due to pain, needing to reposition, and being horribly hot and sweaty (sorry about being so graphic). I'd have to remove the covers and cool off. For the first time, I didn't have to do any of that. I did wake up once to lay on my side, but immediately fell back to sleep. I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and insomnia. For the first time in my memory, I woke up without that 'I wish I could sleep, I'm so tired I hurt" feeling. I also purchased a Purple pillow. Purple pillows are 3" deep. Since we've had the waterbed since dinosaurs roamed the earth, I'm used to a flat pillow (regular pillows are hard on the neck on waterbeds), so that wasn't an issue. My Purple pillow is defective, and they're sending a replacement. I'm using it anyway, and even in its present condition, it's awesome. It's all scrunched up and curled on one end, so I'm sure the replacement will be softer, lol. It really does support the neck, and your head sinks in just right. It is amazingly comfortable. Happily, my hubby loves the mattress, as well. I understand this mattress is a love/hate item, but I truly do not understand why anyone would hate it.

I was really skeptical when husband said he had bought to help me w my constant neck, shoulder, and back pain. From the very first morning my back pain had been gone, my neck and shoulders have shown improvement. So we decided to try the pillows, wow, who knew a bed and pillow could make such a difference in my pain and sleep!!!

The Purple Mattress has fantastic technology integrated into its bed, and I think for a majority of people, this bed could work wonderfully. Unfortunately for me, it was just not the right fit. For the entirety of the trial period, I woke up with lower back pain, I could physically feel that it was not supporting me well. I've also realized that I do not like a medium firmness bed, I much prefer a soft firmness. I do think that Purple should strive to offer different levels of firmness and a higher level of support. I think that giving Purple mattress a chance is a smart move, but unfortunately it just was not for me.

We decided on the original purple mattress. The reason why was because their other matters uses springs. I am a memory foam sleeper and the wife is the spring sleeper. The original purple was in the middle for both of us so we opted for it plus the cost was cheaper. I've always been curious of the mattress after seeing the commercials on YouTube a few years back, I always told myself when it was time for a new mattress I would check them out. Well I did and so far we like it. I would rate the mattress myself a 4, but the wife likes it so much I'm going to give it a 5 overall. The biggest thing for me when I sleep is the pillow so I opted for the purple pillow. I had very high expectations for it but because I have a wide shoulders it is a long way from my head to the pillow so I still have a kink in my neck when laying on my side. When I lay on my back it is the best pillow money could buy!

Well almost! This really is a great mattress. It felt weird ordering a mattress (online) without being able to touch it or lay on it first, but we did, and honestly there are no regrets. There were two main factors for us in deciding on a new mattress purchase. 1. The lack of sleep was wearing on both me and the wife and 2. Our Previous mattress was 10+ years old. There was really only one factor for us in choosing Purple. 1. the commercials are hilarious. There are several options out there when purchasing a new mattress and I felt that we needed to look outside of the box. I was a tad desperate for a good night sleep and the traditional type mattress just was not calling out to me. By luck or by fate I happened upon a Purple mattress commercial, (after laughing) showed the commercial to my wife and together we decided this is the mattress for us. We saved up some money, it took several months, then pulled the trigger. The mattress came quick and I got to say, the very first night of sleep was awesome. It took several nights for my wife but she loves it now too. With my old mattress I was waking up with a sore/stiff hip, but with Purple I wake up feeling gooooood! My old mattress wasn't the cause of the soreness, but Purple is helping to relieve it. The mattress has been worth every cent. It is almost unbelievable....almost.

After researching beds, I finally settled on a Purple 2. I was a little nervous buying a bed online, but the 90 nights test, no hassle returns and free shipping helped me take the plunge. Plus, who won't love a company that also has the option for free set up too? I am a combination sleeper and have found the Purple to be the best bed I have had. Supportive, but flexible on pressure points. My back has never felt so good! Thanks, Purple!

I purchased the original Purple mattress after staying at a friend's house who had one. This was the best purchase I've probably ever made! I actually look forward to going to sleep now and get much better quality sleep. The mattress stays very cool throughout the night, which is great being in south Texas. Every time I'm around friends now, I tell them them about my new Purple mattress and that they should get one.
