Its been about a week since everything arrived and was put together. I've been sleeping amazing! No squeaking of springs or a noisy boxspring. The mattress is so comfortable. The 2 minuses are i couldn't attach it to my headboard and I wish I purchased the thicker mattress just cause my queen sheets were for a thick mattress.

We purchased this mattress about a month ago, and now there are no more pains and it never gets hot it's always a consistent temperature. Even better we got the sheets and I didn't know they would make such a difference but I can't stop talking about the purple brand a must have, we plan on purchasing the pillow to try it out but I'm sure it will make the collection!

I have not bought a mattress yet but I visited the showroom and wanted to share what I learned. I laid on all 4 mattresses. Im 5ft 8 165. I like a medium feel and am a side sleeper first and then a back sleeper. I felt that the standard mattress was a tinch soft for my liking. I tried the 3 hybrids and found the 2" to be to my liking. The 3" was a little soft for my liking and the 4" was tooo soft. It doesnt mean others wouldnt like it. I am keeping in mind that the all of them will break in over time so for me the 2" would be more my style. When you kneel on them you can really feel the density of the various choices, but sleeping is the main concern. Just my opinion. There is a local home show in a week so Im waiting for that before I pull the trigger on something.

I was skeptical about the purple bed at first and so was my boyfriend. However we have tried it out for over 3 months now and it has been great. I am 23 years old and I have scoliosis as well as a bunch of other back problems, torn ACLs, broken wrist, torn neck ligaments, but you get the picture. I've tried many beds but this was definitely the best bed for the cost. Since I weight about 130, the bed doesn't sink in as much for me as it does my boyfriend who is 165. I kind of float on top if it a little more. I'm not that comfortable sleeping in it but it does get rid of my back pain. I wish it was softer or if they would make another version for lighter weight people? I got my bed during black Friday which means it comes with free sheets. I somehow never got the sheets even though it said delivered. I contact Purple and it took multiple emails to get this resolved. They needed me to file a police report in order for them to send out another one. I decided that it wasn't really worth the time and effort trying to waste this police officers time when there are real problems out there. If anything I think it should have been Purple who places the call, not the customer. Bed is great though! I give the bed a 4 star and the customer service a 3 star.

Our purple bed sucks! It's only two years old and is dipped on my husband's side so I always roll into him or have to sleep on the edge and my back kills me every morning. I can't get comfortable at night so it takes forever for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. It also traps our body heat and leaves us both sweating and sometimes waking up cause of it. Life events happened and unfortunately we didn't get to return it within the 100 nights guarantee. Never again will we get a purple mattress and we turn people away when they ask about it.

My wife and I have had our king size mattress for about a month now and it has been fantastic! Never have to deal with getting too hot,not having enough room, or just being uncomfortable. Every morning I am able to wake up saying that I had a great nights sleep! We also got the mattress protector which honestly you can't even tell is there. Although we haven't had anything happen where the protector has been tested yet, it's nice to know our mattress will be safe when it happens! Thank you Purple!

Disclaimer: We switched to this mattress from an ancient spring mattress. The difference was felt immediately in the way we were able to fall asleep faster, and not be as sore when we woke up. Before we bought it we went to a traditional mattress store and laid on a number of memory foam models. A comparable mattress at the local store would have cost us more than twice as much, and this one is twice as comfortable than the ones we sampled. It is a lot less bouncy than the spring mattress and so when my spouse rolls over at night or needs to get out of bed, it no longer wakes me up. It looks and feels like a normal mattress. When it arrived, yes, it is heavy, but not exorbitantly so. It comes out of the packaging and takes it's shape right away so you can sleep on it instantly. Very satisfied with our purchase and highly recommend.

The bed was really comfortable and I got great sleep. Sometimes felt like my shoulders weren't aligned though as they weren't "melting" into the mattress like the rest of my body. I'm a side sleeper with very odd positions so there's only so much a mattress can do.

I am so angry that I had to wait to buy this mattress! I saved for a long time and, FINALLY I got it! WOW!! I slept great the FIRST NIGHT!!! My hips, neck and back were not hurting at all!!! The only time I woke up was to go to the bathroom (which is normal for us oldsters), LOL! I went back to bed and fell back to sleep immediately. The hip pain was a non issue when I slept on my Purple! I have had it for about 2-3 weeks now and I still love it. I even like to go stretch out and rest a while in the afternoon~because I know it makes me feel better after laying on it. I never could do this on my old mattress because there was no such thing as "rest" any time of the day or night. Thank you PURPLE for this amazing product!!! I will NOT be returning mine! My son is wanting one now. He's saving up too!

The bed is very comfortable and I would buy another one in the future, but I think I would buy it from a local store just because of the shipping process. My order was supposedly "being processed" for over a week and a half, and shipping took longer than that. I understand the shipping took a long time because of my location being across the country but the processing is inexcusable. They definitely make quality bedding but I'm not sure if it's worth about a month of waiting.
