The Purple Bed is both cozy and supportive. I have slept on it for over 6 months and it is nothing short of wonderful. Four of my patients have bought on my recommendation and they are all happy with their purchase. I particularly like the fact that it is a neutral temperature bed that reflects back little of my heat. With a down comforter it is warm in the winter and I found it to be cool in the summer. It promotes my deep cycle and my REM sleep. I look forward to a restful sleep every night.

I was excited to sleep on this bed with so many good reviews but honestly it felt like I was sleeping in a board. I kept it the whole 21 days and never had a good nights sleep. But it did help with back pain. Just different strokes for different folks

I recently got into a bad car accident that resulted in a herniated disc and severe back pain. After my accident sleeping was so uncomfortable that I could not stay asleep for more than an hour at a time and in the morning I woke up in more pain than the night before. My husband and I decided to try Purple, and the first night I slept on it I did not sleep well because I was so accustomed to a bed that did not support me. The second night on, I slept through the night and every night since then. My back pain has significantly improved. And my husband loves the mattress, too. He sleeps on his stomach, and his back pain has gone away! We recommend this bed to anyone, even people that may not be looking for a new mattress.

I know I could I tried it for 100 days but two days were enough. It was too thin, too hard and too hot ( and we are in winter time ). I would not but it again. It did not work for me. It does not mean it's a bad mattress, just not the right fit. Great customer support and they gave me the full refund like they promised.

I had a 10 year old firm mattress and thought it might be time to upgrade. I purchased a purple and was hoping to have a smooth transition. I usually sleep on my back but now I roll so much my spouse gets annoyed. My arms go to sleep and never did before. I even purchased the perfect pillow after 15 days to see if that would help. It did make things slightly better but I still spend 3 nights a week on my sofa until I can find out what to do.

We are loving it. But we also have been needing something for a year now and our couch was giving us a better nights sleep then our old mattress. I was bummed that as soon as I bought this a better deal happened the next day but oh well. Only reason im giving it 4 stars is I have found its not amazing when I sleep on my stomach, which is starting to break that habit of mine.

I bought my first purple mattress in 2016 and have never looked back. I was so happy with my new mattress that I can't believe how poorly I've been sleeping. I had a ton of back pain from our 2 year old bamboo mattress. So then in April 2016 we tried the Tuft & Needle matress with hopes it would help. It was terrible, I think sleeping on the ground would be better. We returned it almost immediately. I had been looking at Purple for a while so I pulled the trigger. It is awesome! I immediately went out and got some jersey knit sheets because of the recommendations and my back pain is gone! Thank you Purple.

I now have a bed that has been transformed into "all things Purple"! Literally! I've just finished reviews for sheets, mattress protector, pillow, bed frame, and seat cushion! (Ok, seat cushion not technically bed related, but since I did a review on it too.......) Now for the original purchase. The Original Purple Mattress! I looked longingly at the Purple 4, but as it, and the 2 And 3, were all clearly out of my price range I really knew all along it was going to be the Original. I don't know what the 2,3,and 4 are like, but I can't imagine that they could be any more perfect for me than the Original. I no longer have painful hips and shoulders in the mornings, nor do they wake me up when I move during the night. And not one time since I bought the mattress, have I been too hot during the night! Not one! I had become so used to the pain that I just assumed getting up in the morning was always going to hurt for the rest of my life. Now I just get right up out of bed like I did as a kid, and that's saying a lot, as I'm going to be 70 in just a few months. Thanks for making this old girl feel like a kid again, Purple!

I gotta say- buying the Purple Mattress ( Queen Size with pillow, sheets, protector, and platform) has been one of the best purchases of my life- that may sound extreme, but I can attest to how a quality night's sleep impacts your day-to-day life in such a profound way. Imagine waking up,after years of restless nights, and finally feeling alive. That is what it has been like for me. I can look forward to going to bed now. Where I used to wake-up feeling even worse than I did when I went to bed (it took hours to finally feel awake enough to even speak coherently) I can now finally awaken finally feeling refreshed and pain-free. The restlessness had given me unexplainable anxiety. I couldn't bear to be around people because I was so exhausted. I didn't have the energy to pay attention to what people were saying nor to respond in any detail. If you can relate to anything I've said above, I implore you to give it a shot. It's unlike any other mattress you've tried. I should also mention that I sleep on my back and side- switching between the two. Some nights now, I hardly move at all.
