I was in desperate need of a new mattress. I did some comparison research between several companies and I decided to try out Purple. My wife and I are so glad we did. The mattress is very supportive but not rock hard, and the mattress doesn't result in you waking up hot and sweaty. It also doesn't take several days to breathe once you open it up. It is good to go, right out of the tube.

I bought Purple-totally PUMPED because of the egg test, enthusiasm and sassy advertising. Slept great for about 6 months then the sag started. Cal king both sides. Our frame has like 6 legs and a grid support, so it's not the frame. I called sent some photos and they sent me a new mattress quickly and with no hassle. It's been about 6 months now and the sag is back. We've rotated the bed and it's just awkward now. Our sheets are plenty stretchy and our mattress protector is plenty big. I'm experiencing excruciating lower back pain and at this point I would love my money back. This mattress is just not for me. I haven't bothered to call customer service again because I highly doubt they'll send me a third mattress (which I don't want) and I know they won't give me my money back. I'm a stomach sleeper and my quality of sleep is horrific these days. I gave two stars instead of one because I really do think it's a great company and innovative product, but for me it's just not working out :(

This bed is in my son's room. He is in college and took his queen size bed with him. We wanted a full size bed since this is a small bedroom. I saw your ad and the purple bed intrigued me. We opted for the twin XL. My husband does not like it. He feels that it is too soft, sinks down in it and has trouble turning around. My son states it is a fine bed, but wishes it were bigger. I tried it and found it to be a fine bed but also having trouble adjusting to a twin bed. I wish you offered a full sized model.

We've had the mattress for two months now. I have hip/siatica issues and my husband has lower back issues. Since we've been sleeping on a Purple things have been great. No more waking up with stiff sore backs and tossing and turning has stopped. It is great getting up and not bouncing the other person awake; can't tell when the other has moved. We will definitely be trying the pillows.

We have only had the mattress one week. My husband really wanted the thinner mattress 9.5 inches. I was wanting a thicker mattress. The mattress is very comfortable and we are sleeping well. But I have noticed in this short time there are divots on both sides where we sleep. I immediately went out and ordered a mattress topper to hopefully slow this progress down. I was hoping this would be a more durable mattress than a tradition spring mattress.

We have had our mattress for just over a month now and we love it so far. Can't speak on the wear and tear yet, but the bed is very comfortable and we have both gotten good nights' sleep on it. We bought the mattress protector from Purple also and got bamboo sheets (recommended for stretch) from an outside seller. The combination has worked out well. I also have the seat cushion that came free with a promotion, and my body doesn't feel like I have been sitting in a chair for 8 hours at the end of the day. Our only complaint is the wait time between placing the order and receiving the order was much longer than what was quoted and a bit frustrating, but it got to our place eventually.

I bought the Purple mattress because the one I had was very old and pretty hard. I had put a memory foam pad on top of it to help my hips and shoulders (which I sleep on a lot and I would always wake up in pain.) GoT the Purple mattress and immediately lived it! The first night slept beautifully and had no pain the next morning. I'm never going back. Bought the pillow as well, which is amazing as well. Will be buying more products from these guys!

I've been waking up with neck, upper back, and shoulder soreness for months. While the precipitating factor is stress induced, my mattress was not doing me any favors. I decided to give Purple a try after my recent move and I am SO HAPPY I did! It is everything they said it would be and more! I'm a side sleeper and have big hips and have struggles to get comfortable for years. NO MORE! Purple gives and supports in all the right areas no matter how I choose to sleep. I'm in love!

This mattress was much better than the HelixSleep mattress that I had gotten previously. Since the mattress is only 11.5 inches deep my oversize sheets fit it very well so I did not have to buy the wildly expensive sheets that are recommended by Purple. On the whole, I do recommend this mattress.

I purchased a Purple Hybrid 60 days ago. I hate this mattress. If I could focus on the main thing that bothers me, its this weird constant movement like I am sleeping on a waterbed filled with jello. I tried to like it... No really. All the reviews tell you "your body needs to get used to it". This thing is the emperor's new clothes. All I can say is Purple's marketing people are all over anyone who complains. This brand is the cool-aid of cool-aids. Keep drinking it, you will like it... everyone else does. What... you want to return it? Why not keep it for an other 30 days... we'll even extend the trial period just for you.
