The company is excellent but the mattress was not for me. I'm 78 and about 210 lbs. I felt tired when I woke up in the morning and it was difficult to get up from it. The sides were sinking too much. The company was helpfully with my return. They made all arrangements for GOTJUNK to pick it up within a few days and refunded my money very quickly. . Excellent customer service.

I have never been able to sleep well, even as a child. As an adult, it got worse. My ex beat me up, primarily my back, and I have arthritis and fibromyalgia. I would sleep with pillows under my legs on which ever side I was sleeping on and they would eventually ache horribly, wake up and turn to the other side put pillows under me. I could not sleep on my back as it hurt beyond belief. Eight months ago, one of our remaining two dogs had limited mobility issues which made sleeping downstairs in our room no longer an option so I started sleeping on the couch. I got maybe 4 hours of sleep a night. He passed away. Three days later, our remaining dog, a rescued now 13 year old Rottie we have had for 12 years, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her front leg only. She had to have her leg amputated and I'm still on the upstairs couch now. I tried 3 layers of memory foam with first dog on the couch and floor and it didn't work. I ordered an elevated blow up twin with 5 star reviews and sent it back after the second night. Out of sheer desperation, I ordered the original twin in Purple. I will be honest, I always laughed at the commercials and thought "yea, right. like that's really going to work". I'm eating my words. The first night I never woke up from pain, just from sounds. It has been that way for a week now. My husband tried it today on his day off and was able to lay on his back as am I. I don't need extra pillows and I wake up WITHOUT BACK OR LEG PAIN! It is permanently on the floor in our living room as long as our Lily is still with us. Which is interesting in itself. because she gets around on 3 legs and climbed up on it this evening and is currently asleep on my Purple mattress as I type this! I am apparently going to have to fight to get my Purple back and need to check to see if you make dog beds!!!! When she joins our other fur babies at Rainbow Bridge, I will order a king for our room. I'm in no hurry. I have never slept so good in my life and my remaining fur baby dog is sleeping next to me. You have helped a very stressed out, grieving dog mom who can't thank you enough. This mattress truly does do what it says and cradles fibro trigger points and cradles you to a restful sleep which I HAVE NEVER had. God bless you richly.

Very disappointed on my purchase. When I first got the bed, I got a little pain on my lower back. I thought my body will get used to it but here we are six months later. Every morning I wake up with a back pain. Not the best mattress out there. It didn't work for me. :(

I am not lying here! Ok. (That was a bed joke) Get it? oops, bad joke. But seriously.....this bed is way better than I ever imagined. I tried the $3000+ beds at that one store I won't name. This bed is like at least $2000 cheaper and it's a "One type fits all" That means you dont order medium, firm or whatever. The $3000+ beds you have to order a specific type. The Purple bed is perfect for anyone. As the gel expands it supports any body weight.

Mainly a side sleeper and I've had really bad back problems for a while. I've had the mattress for a week and half and my back feels noticeably different, in a good way. No complaints. And I was a little worried at first. I went through a lot of the reviews before finally ordering and I am happy with it. One thing I noticed about the pillow though. And I had two goes at it. My boyfriend bought me a purple pillow last year and I noticed the first two nights I woke up hot which was weird but after that it's be very comfortable. Got a second one when I ordered the mattress and same thing happened with the pillow again. But again after the second night no waking up hot and sweaty.

The best part of this mattress is how it really is soft and yet does support the body. We each sleep on our sides for the most part and our hips and shoulders sink in just right while the rest of us is supported as well. Very unique mattress that works on our sides or backs just fine.

It's so comforting. We both work such long hours, at the end of the day we have a lot of joint pain and arthritis doesn't help. The first night we stayed in the bed we slept better than we had in at least a year. We felt so rested, but it was still a struggle to get out of bed, because it's so cozy!!!

I purchased the mattress and my wife and I slept on it for a little over a month. Within the first couple of days I would wake up refreshed and no back pain, I love the mattress and would recommend it. However my wife had the opposite affect and starting have issues with her back so therefore we could not agree to keep it and had to return it. The purple company made everything from start to finish a breeze and we're very helpful in purchasing and returning the mattress. I wish we could have kept it. I do believe that different people react differently to change so I believe that was a big part of it but given time your body will adjust. I think it was a great mattress and hope Ill have a chand to sleep on one again in the future.

It's only been a week and a half but what a difference! I am 61 with back issues. I have been in such pain for over two years. I had a memory foam that was hurting me so terribly. I have slept for 30 years or more on a waterbed. So after shopping and researching I finally made the decision. I can roll over without feeling like a turtle on it's back, sleep all night, and I don't even feel the bed move when my husband comes to bed. I was never going to buy a bed that I had never laid down on over the internet!! Then I realized that I had laid down on the memory foam and thought it was the bomb until it started dipping and sagging. I figured with the free setup, 100 night trial, 10 year warranty and free sheets lets try it. I'm so glad I did. I just hope that I am still this happy in a few years from now.

As very satisfied owners of a king-sized Purple Hybrid Premier 3 (complete with Harmony pillows), we noticed that our 2.5-year-old son really likes sleeping in mommy and daddy's bed way more than in his own toddler bed. We promised him that when it was time for him to graduate to his "big boy" bed, we would be getting him a Purple. Recently, WE delivered on that promise while YOU delivered his brand-new full-sized Purple mattress (with full-sized Purple platform and the new "low"Harmony pillow which is perfect for his toddler-sized head), and I think it safe to say that he is another very satisfied customer!
