My mother was using a soft mattress for years and woke up with constant back pain each morning, which lasted throughout the day. After my husband and I purchased our own king sized Purple mattress a few months ago, and had our back pain and sciatica eliminated, we purchased a Queen Purple mattress for my mother. She reports that her back doesn't hurt when she sleeps anymore, she sleeps more soundly and doesn't wake up with back pain anymore. This mattress has made a huge difference in the quality of her sleep and her day to day activities. My mother absolutely loves her Purple mattress. Thanks so much for an amazing product.

It took a few weeks for my body to get used to this bed, but once it did, no bed has ever been as comfortable as this bed. Best purchase I've ever made. My fiance and I both suffer from back problems, but once we bought this bed they were alleviated and both of us slept deeper and more soundly than ever before. I highly recommend this bed.

The products are great, but customer care leaves much to be desired. Different pieces of my order were delivered with a delay between 2 to 4 weeks instead of anounced 2-4 days. When asked to change delivery address because of the delay nothing happened. All items were delivered to old address which resulted in 3 separate 30-mile rides. Nit convenient at least.

Seriously thank you, I received my Royal Cushion this morning and took it out kayak fishing and than moved it to my video editing chair and for the first time I don't have to adjust how I sit every 5 minutes anymore. From a big guy like me THANK YOU!

Do Not Upgrade to the new Purple series. My husband & I did the 100 day trial on the Original Purple. He really like it and I liked it too, but I wanted to LOVE it. Finally, as the days were running out on my trial period, I bit the bullet to return my Original Purple and buy the Purple 4 instead. Unfortunately there is NO trial period beyond the first mattress. I asked for even just 30 days and they said they couldn't. So I took a big risk, especially considering how expensive the new series is, and boy it Did Not Pay Off. I am waking up in agony on my new P4. I miss my Original Purple. It wasn't perfect but I wasn't crying; Yes I am crying now... looking at the next 10 years of my life sleeping on the P4. The gel layer is great, but 4 inches of it is way too squishy; not enough support. The coil base was supposed to be more supportive than the foam base AND the deeper gel grid was supposed to be less pressure on your joints when you side sleep. I have not found either to be true. The joint comfort/discomfort is the same, while back sleeping on the P4 is impossible. I really am devastated and implore all Original Purple owners to hold on to what you've got.

i weigh 180 and I am a back and side sleeper and I loved it except my arms on my back kind of floated above the mattress and didn't sink at all which was ok and my husband is 150 pounds and a stomach sleeper and it wasn't firm enough for his lower back area

I am so happy with the mattress and is the MOST comfortable I have ever slept on. Getting the best sleep in a very long time. I am sort of a mattress fanatic and have tried all kinds of mattresses... spring, memory foam, latex, etc. This one is truly the perfect combination of softness and support. The seat cushion that I got free as a promotion is not very good :( Even though it may be made of the same material as the bed, for some reason it is just not that comfortable. In fact, I think it's very uncomfortable and do not use it all. Bottom line... buy the mattress but skip the seat cushion.

Mattress arrived quickly. Easy to setup, but would rather the company did not sugggest that you destroy the perfectly useable plastic duffle that it came in. We removed ours from duffle by sliding it out. Sleeps comfortably, my wife likes it. She was having trouble with soreness on our old mattress, which promoted the switch. Also, it definitely sleeps cooler which was another problem with our old mattress. I really like the pillow, but persistent odor is still a problem. They need to work on that ...

While this no doubt a quality mattress made of quality materials and workmanship I'm sorry to say that this mattress just hasn't lived up to my expectations. I was hoping it would help alleviate my sciatica, but it hasn't. I still wake up in pain everyday. On the plus side, it has helped alleviate the pain and stiffness in my neck. But as for my back and right leg and foot, it hasn't helped at all. I was expecting a firm mattress thinking it was going to help with the sciatica, but this mattress is far too firm, in fact, its just plain hard. On a related note, my dog doesn't even doesn't like it and now sleeps on the floor! Sorry OnPurple, but I'll be starting the process for a refund.

My 16-year-old son loves his new mattress. No issues or complaints. I did order complimentary sheets that haven't yet arrived. Been over a month. Was informed that they were on back order or similar. Aside from the sheets issue, I'm pleased with Purple.
