[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Mac and cheese tasted pretty well. The texture was pretty much the same as the normal kind. I don’t like how much fat is in it, but the protein and fiber evens it out. It does taste a little different than the normal kinda, but it still tastes good overall. It made enough for a side for my family of 4 and provided a good serving.

The only thing is that the noodles definitely take longer to cook and even after that, they have a chew to them. I don't mind thought because I hate when the noodles get mushy! You choose how tender you want the pasta and then add the ingredients to create a delicious side. It has a good amount of protein and fiber to include to your diet.

The noodles are a little thicker than normal but that's what keeps you full. The sauce is creamy and cheesy. I paired with bbq chicken and veggies. This is something that I will be packing in my lunch boxes because it's so good and has good source of protein to keep me fueled for my shift!

It does not taste bad or different despite it having protein which was a worry of mine from reading the name. I recommend.

It has 17 g of protein and is way more filling than regular mac & cheese. This is definitely a pantry staple at my house from now on.

I LOVE IT and my kids enjoyed it as well, they never noticed a difference. I added just a bit more shredded cheddar cheese to make it cheesier but this was such a delightful meal/side! Will definitely buy in the future to increase protein intake without sacrificing flavor!

The texture is more substantial than regular mac and cheese, which I usually find mushy. I wish the flavor was a little more bold, but the whole family liked it and we weren't hungry mid-afternoon.
