The amount of food in the package was more than enough for myself and my family. I put some oregano spice to enhance the flavor and it did not disappoint. I followed the directions but found the sauce too thin. I also tasted it when the butter was 1/4 mixed in, and I don't think a full 4 tablespoons is necessary. I will say you couldn't tell it was protein, but also you couldn't tell it wasn't mac and cheese. Macros were good, but would've been better with less butter.

You can tell a little bit of a difference vs the regular because it isn't as creamy but I love getting some extra protein in with my kiddos!

There are still a lot of ingredients listed on the back of the box that are not easily identifiable though, and that's a turn off for my family.
