The cheese sauce is rich and just as good as the original. Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, satisfying meal with a boost of protein for busy days and quick dinners.

You can tell that it is a protein pasta by the flavor but using the milk and some more seasoning balances it out. Overall, it's not terrible but I prefer the original Mac better.

The only thing I found different is the noodles. Im guessing the noodles is where the protein comes in. If you like wheat noodles and the texture this is well worth getting this and trying it. My kiddos loved this.

I could see some people not liking this just because it is noticeably different from the original. Besides a slight difference it is more or less exactly the same. It says on the box “cheese sauce”, but unfortunately it’s the cheese powder sauce. I really prefer boxed macaroni to have actual cheese sauce similar to velveeta. Overall, I like the protein mac better than regular macaroni and cheese. I could even see myself dressing it up as a full entree instead of side by adding some meat to it. Either sliced ip hot dogs, grilled chicken, or taco meat.
