[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was sort of okayish for a protein Mac and cheese. The protein to calorie ratio definitely could've been better. It did however have a good texture and was just as creamy as the original recipe. But taste wise it wasn't my favorite thing. It had the essence of the original recipe but it was very light tasting. Overall I think id just get the original and pair it with some chicken to reach my protein goals and still feel satisfied.

I thought this mac and cheese was delicious without sacrificing any of the classic flavor. I could not tell a difference between protein mac and cheese and the regular one. No strange, chalky or weird chemical powder taste, it tastes like traditional mac and cheese PLUS bonus protein is nice feature to help me feel more full. I actually baked this mac and cheese casserole style. So tasty. Easy to store and next time im going to add beef to mine.

It was filling and hit the spot when I was in need for some child like nostalgia. And the best part is, just one box of Power Mac lasts more than one meal. My boyfriend and I can't wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow.

There is a significant amount of protein and fiber per serving but for me personally this lead to a not so great taste and too many calories for my personal preference. I used this as part of my weekly meal prep. As for the original flavor, it was pretty close to the traditional flavoring that is not the high protein option. The noodles themself is what changes the flavor in my opinion.

I really liked that there was so much protein packed into a small bowl of Mac and cheese without losing the taste I have come to enjoy. My only slight hangup was with the instructions and heating. The macaroni did not seem to heat long enough with the instructions causing it to be a bit liquidy. But the dish still tasted great and I would recommend it.
