I also generally don't eat a lot of pasta unless it's vegetable or whole grain based due to health concerns. But I decided to give this a try since the pasta is made from pea protein. It somehow tastes better than the original. The noodles hold their shape much better, with a better bite. The cheese flavor is the same as the blue box. Give this a try!

I don't even like food in boxes but this isn't bad at all. You can give your kids and a little bite to your dog not to much. But it was good for me even when you put in the oven and it melts. Got my mouth watery just thinking of it again.
