The best part is there is 17g of protein and 6g of fiber! Def a Mac and cheese for adults! It's just as easy to make, and the texture is perfect! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The classic Kraft Mac&Cheese is among my favorite boxed mac and cheeses and I'm so happy that the protein version did not sacrifice the flavor at all. It is so delicious and the noodles cooked very quickly which I wasn't expecting as protein pastas typically take longer. The texture is delicious and the leftovers will likely keep really well for next day. Great affordable high protein meal for when you want something delicious and comforting that is still nutritious. I made mine with heavy cream and butter and it turned out divine. Just did some fresh cracked pepper as a topping, but hot sauce and/or parmesan would go great with it too. Great as a main dish like I had it, or as a side.

A single box was enough to satisfy everyone for a little while. The flavor was good, and the noodles held up well without getting mushy. Best of all my kids actually really liked it and they are pretty picky, especially my autistic son. I'm knocking off one star just because I wish it came with a little more cheese powder, but we would definitely eat this again!

Its that classic Kraft Mac taste but its more filling and even better for your tummy. I was really sold on that extra fiber. YUM. Definitely recommend if you need to grab a box of mac
