The length of time it took to make this was longer than anticipated (about 20 mins total) but the pasta doesnt have that typical protein taste. I wish it were cheesier but for the macros, it's a solid comforting option.

Yes, please! My teen with autism, ADHD, OCD, SPD and anxiety has very few safe foods. Obviously this leads to nutritional gaps, in everything. I was skeptical, but tried it. Cooked the pasta about 15 minutes, used the same butter and milk, and while it tasted ‘off' to me, he LOVED it. Anyone who doesn't like it, feel free to send me theirs. My kid needs the protein and fiber!

My son didn't love it, but my daughter said it was great. Definitely worth a try! The additional protein is a bonus, amd paired with some veggies, it makes a great meal.

The pasta has pea protein and takes almost twice as long to boil as regular mac and cheese but the flavor was surprisingly very similar. I was expecting my picky kids, who only eat Kraft mac and cheese, to not like it but they gobbled it up. Only the 16 year old asked if it was something different but she said it was good and ate it. While maybe not the healthiest of choices since it's one thing I know they'll eat I appreciate the extra protein.
