[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taste was okay. A little less creamy than I'd hoped but not as bad as I expected for protein pasta. The powdered cheese isn't as easily dissolving as I'd hope but luckily the texture wasn't gritty/chunky.

The macro on these are great if you are trying to hit your protein goals. These do take a bit longer to cook as with every protein pasta but the wait is worth it. I would highly recommend

Using standard ingredients on hand like butter and milk, you can make smooth mac n cheese that tastes just like the original. This version is slightly sweeter than the white cheddar version, but it's family and kids friendly with a portion size sufficient for two adults plus kids.

It was filling and hit the spot when I was in need for some child like nostalgia. And the best part is, just one box of Power Mac lasts more than one meal. My boyfriend and I can’t wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comes in the standard size box and the cooking instructions are basically the same with the exception of the noodle cook time which is doubled. Not a horrible flavor by any means but definitely not as cheesy as the original, way less salty tasting as well. I’d probably choose the original over this but it’s edible if you’re looking for a little extra protein and fiber boost. If the salty flavor of the original puts you off this could also be a good substitute and I didn’t notice any weird aftertaste.

I guess the older you get the less good it tastes. The noodles had a slight grey ish color to me? But once cooked and cheesed up it wasn’t that noticeable. Good in a pinch for sure. Good price, quick and easy to make.

I like it gives added protein to my kids diet. My daughter didn’t notice a difference between regular mac and cheese and this one. Would purchase again in the future.

To me, it’s a nostalgic childhood classic and I love that they’ve created a more protein friendly version for the market. This doesn’t compromise on flavor and it’s still just a creamy and delicious from what you remember from childhood. 10/10 would use again.
