The kids and adults both really enjoyed trying protein rich twist on a classic. The flavors are delicious and almost identical to the original gluten version of the Kraft Mac n cheese. The sauce is cheesy and smooth. The protein macaroni are a bit more Al dente but the difference is barely noticeable and still very delicious. The biggest takeaway for me was that the kids didn't even realize they were served something new and it kept them full twice as long which is a huge win for me! Overall im very happy to discover this new version and will be purchasing it now going forward.

I followed the directions but found the sauce too thin. I also tasted it when the butter was 1/4 mixed in, and I don't think a full 4 tablespoons is necessary. I will say you couldn't tell it was protein, but also you couldn't tell it wasn't mac and cheese. Macros were good, but would've been better with less butter.

Most others have smaller serving sizes or portions and they all have either a weird taste or consistency. That is not the case with power mac. If I hadn't prepared this myself I would think it was the classic Mac and cheese! So delicious and a great value.

It's tasty and familiar, very close to the original version. Ming grew up with. The noodles are slightly chewy with a faint sand texture, likely from the added protein, but it's not a dealbreaker. The cheese sauce is rich and just as good as the original. Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, satisfying meal with a boost of protein for busy days and quick dinners.

We were excited that there were no artificial dyes or preservatives! The only real difference we noticed was that the noodles were a bit more firm than the original but I really liked that!
