At first I was skeptical about the purple mattress. The video is a little hard to believe but I was hooked. After dragging the mattress up a flight of steps( I would not recommend doing it alone as I did), set up was a breeze. I have arthritis in my hips and the base of my back. I can honestly say I feel relief with this mattress compared to our old spring loaded pillow top. I will buy another one in the future.

I was worried that I might be to heavy for this mattress. But that is not the case at all. With my old double pillow top mattress I would wake up achy if I were in bed more than 5 to 6 hours. With the purple mattress I have been able to sleep for about 9 hours without feeling achy at all. For those wondering I weigh 300 pounds and I don't feel like I am sinking through the mattress. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that the purple mattress doesn't feel much cooler than my old mattress. Side note I have a powered adjustable bed that works great with this mattress but the fitted sheet comes off when we raise the bed.

I love it!!! What a game changer! All the pressure points have disappeared, my back actually feels good in the morning when i wake up. It's definitely different than any mattress I've been on. I don't really notice the grid-like pattern when I'm on it which is good. I think it does an awesome job at absorbing pressure and movement. I'm the only one sleeping on it so i cant provide any review if a partner's movement can be noticed or not though. Overall love it a bunch! I would say give it a couple of nights to a week to kind of "break it in" and adjust with it, and then you'll probably never want to sleep on anything else but this mattress

Had this bed for about 8 weeks now. Two words.. Its awesome. Yes it did take about 2 weeks for my body to adjust. After that it just gets better and better. This bed is dangerous though. When you get on it you don't want to get off. Its so comfy I don't even move at night. I wake up in the same spot I fell asleep. I do need 2 blankets to stay warm because it does sleep cool which is nice. I highly recommend this bed. Also the bed sheets are soo stretchy and soft.

This is my 5th and hope to be my last bed in a box. I had 3 other mattresses and they were either to hard and/ or too hot. I did have a Purple 3 but returned it for being too soft. This 2 is more firm but envelopes u at the same time. I sleep cool so far after 2 weeks. Back s little stiff in morning but we'll see. I really like their sheets, cool, soft and comfortable. After returning the 3, their customer service is great and not pushy salesmen like the other companies . Kind of high priced but there's nothing out there like it.

This mattress is every bit as good as it claims to be and then some. Been sleeping on it for about a month now and we just love it. No more back aches and stiff necks. I was skeptical about buying a mattress online but gave it a shot because of the 100 day guarantee and I honestly couldn't be happier. No regrets and I'm seriously considering buying the pillow.

My old mattress was a hand-me-down what I usely got so I decided that I wanted to buy a bed of my own. At first I didn't know about purple and I was looking at cheaper options that I could afford but then I came across your ad on Facebook and glad I did it was not the cheaper option but it was something I thought I need a good long lasting comfortable bed. After some time saving up I finally bought the bed, and now I sleep better more comfortable. Also I noticed I actually was dreaming much more often than on my old bed where I only dream once and a great while. People always ask about weight how it affects you in the bed so I weigh 125 pounds hope this review helps :D

Even though Purple has a 100 night guarantee, I didn't need more than 5 seconds on my mattress to know I made an excellent decision!!!! Ever since I've been sleeping on Purple my hips have stopped hurting, I don't wake up as often and I am oh so comfortable all night long. Nothing negative to say at all!!!! So glad I could find a mattress that feels as good as intellibed for a fraction of the price. I'm a lifelong customer.

We purchased the king size Purple and the Purple base, but not before a bit of hesitation, which in hindsight, is almost laughable. As everyone knows, mattresses are an investment. You want the item that you spend roughly a third of your life on to be good for your body, but also good for your pocketbook. As a general rule, you get what you pay for. The exception to that rule is Purple. We decided that even though it was on the more affordable end of the king size bed spectrum, we'd give it a try. I mean, there's a 100 night trial. What's the worst that could happen? We hate it and send it back and get a refund? Sounded like a win to me. We purchased the mattress through Affirm financing which I think is the quickest and easiest way I've ever been financed for anything in my life, and it arrived in about 3 days. After assembling the Purple base, which took maybe 15-20 minutes (this thing holds 1000 lbs??? Really?!), we unwrapped and unrolled the mattress onto it. Sheets went on along with the pillows and the comforter and after that, it was like a race to get to bed to test it out. The first night was...interesting. My body had been so used to sleeping on mid-density memory foam which I simply sunk into, that the Purple felt too hard at first. I woke up the first morning with a sore back. "No," I thought. "This can't be right. This thing was advertised so well! Spoken of so highly!" I reached out to a few friends that I knew had purchased a Purple recently as well for a bit of reassurance that my sweet dreams weren't destined to be a nightmare on my spine. Their advice? It's worth it. Wait it out. Give it a few weeks. I resigned to not feeling totally crestfallen and decided to give it, at minimum, a 60 day trial. It's been three weeks, and I'll admit, my body is still getting used to it. I still wake up in the morning and have to stretch a bit to shake off a touch of soreness, but I've noticed something... I haven't woken up in the middle of the night in three weeks. I haven't struggled to fall asleep or find a comfortable position. I haven't been groggy in the morning. I haven't kicked the covers off in the middle of the night even though the weather has gotten warmer. This mattress is doing exactly what it advertised. It's aligning my spine. It's cradling my pressure points and supporting my lower back, the way my spine is SUPPOSED to curve. It's even making my posture better! So the soreness isn't from the mattress itself! It's from YEARS of sleeping on the wrong mattress and finally getting the RIGHT one. My body just isn't used to it yet! So as the title says. It's worth it. It's worth the money. It's worth the minimal wait. It's worth the slight discomfort for a couple weeks, because in the end, I know it's better for my body in the long run.

This is without a doubt the best mattress I have ever used. My wife and I were sleeping on an expensive hybrid for the last 5 years until the foam layer started to break down and created two large indentations where we normally sleep. After reading the reviews on the original Purple we decided it was time for a change. I am so happy we made the switch and both my wife and I have never slept better.
