After loving my purple regular mattress for a year I purchased a second one for my guest room. The mattress itself is great and I've recommended them to several of my patients (I'm a chiropractor). I did have an issue with delivery but that was on the FedEx end and the Purple customer service got a replacement to me within a few days. I'm still a very happy Purple customer!!

Bought the king size and one of the corners never fully expanded. Not enough to make a real difference in the sleeping quality but just disappointed. Shipping was easy. Do yourself a favor and get a porch camera so you can watch the delivery person hate life while trying to put it next to your front door. It's pretty funny. As far as the mattress goes it's better than what we had but if you decide to put a protective pad on it it really prevents the air from breathing through the mattress.

Genuinely impressed with the mattress I bought. I was hesitant at first but the price was comparable to one I found at a mattress store that I liked and the 100 day money back trial sealed the deal. The bed is really comfortable and stays cool all night long. 10/10 recommend.

I have been living with back pain almost all my adult life, I've seen doctors, specialist, physical therapist, massage therapist, and even working out, but nobody knew why I was in so much pain. I would be able to stand straight for more than 3 hours before the pain started. I know now, ( thanks to my perfect Purple mattress) that it was because of my old bed. Only thing bad... It takes much longer ordering a Purple than going to your local mattress store and having one delivered the same day. Other than that, price is on point, comfortably is on point, and satisfaction is spectacular. This bed is the best combination of firm and soft. It's like Dr. Scholl's for your entire body.

We bought this mattress when I was 14 weeks pregnant with twins. Fast forward to 37 weeks pregnant with twins and uncomfortable is an understatement, but this bed has kept me sane. I do not even go to hotels anymore because I NEED this bed to sleep. I can't express how happy I am that I bought it. I do have to say my sheets had a few small tears in them after the first wash which is a bummer seeing how expensive they are, I don't even want to buy new purple sheets because I'm afraid they will do the same thing.

We bought a bed due to my husband having back issues from 2 back surgeries. This has been the only bed we have owned that he didn't wake up in excruciating pain from. We love our bed! And purple is an amazing company. They care about their customers and making sure they receive the best night sleep, and their beds are up to expectations without paying the ridiculous cost that other companies charge.

My wife and I love this new mattress from Purple. It is the best set of mattress, pillows, sheets, and protectors we've ever purchased. The comfort level is amazing and unmatched by any mattress I have purchased previously. We just ordered more sheets, and hope you soon offer discounts for repeat customers like us. It took over a week for my back to adjust to the mattress but after the "growing [accustomed] pains" it has turned out to be a very nice mattress. Much cooler (with the Purple sheets and protector) than our previous regular spring mattress, which my wife loves.

First time buying a mattress and this one did not disappoint. Did much research with Purple & its competitors and this one just came out on top. Super comfy and unique technology with the grid system. Highly recommended to the point I had somebody made the decision to buy one as well!
