We love our Purple mattress, and we appreciate your hard work in developing such a great product that plays such a big part of our lives. We both have seen improvement in our neck & back comfort and its only been a month. We'll highly recommend you to others.

I am mostly a side and stomach sleeper, so the mattress ended up being to firm for me to sleep comfortably on. After trying it for almost a month, I called up Purple and they guided me through the refund process (which involves donating the mattress to charity). I had the Salvation Army come pick it, and the same day Purple issued me a full refund. Despite the mattress not working out for me, I think the company is great, as the Purple's support team was a pleasure to work with and there was absolutely no hassle with the refund process.

I'm a big fan of products doing what they say on the box. I bought a standard Purple mattress after looking at memory foam options. I tend to sleep hot, so Purple seemed like the best option at the time. First off, this is a firm mattress. The lack of top-side memory foam means you don't sink into the mattress (or bake). You don't feel the polymer lattice when you are actually laying on the bed (like the old bed of nails thing). Like memory foam, there's not a lot of energy transfer or bounce when you move, but unlike memory foam, the mattress doesn't compress much under weight. The polymer is conforming and supportive while still being soft enough that you don't get pressure point aggravation. A lot of reviews mentioned issues with out-gassing from the polymer, but I found what minimal plastic smell there was faded after a few hours of airing. Your mileage may vary. If you are in the market for a firmer mattress Purple is the best on the market. The 10-year warranty doesn't hurt, either.

I don't normally take the time to review items, but this is an amazing mattress. It's supportive, soft (but not too squishy), stays a comfortable temp, and very easy to move around or get in and out of. This will certainly be my next mattress purchase as well. If you're reading this, buy this mattress.

Both my spouse and I are very happy with the support our sensitive back gets on my purple bed. I am recommending it to anybody who will listen. There was a little glitch when we unpacked the mattress: I watched a couple of videos on cutting the purple packing fabric. All directed me to use a pair of scissors, advising to take great care not to cut into the mattress cover. Purple included a razor letter opener style cutter. No instructions on this on You Tube. So I used much caution to cut through the two belts holding the fabric. Pushing hard, I sent the point of the cutter through several layers of purple fabric and into the mattress cover. This was little inconvenience as the mattress was still usable and Purple arranged to send me a replacement cover. My thanks to Purple for taking such good care of me and my back!

I have lower back pain and sciatic pain. Memory foam and traditional mattress never worked for me. Ever since I tried Purple mattress the pain is gone and I've been sleeping throughout the night and hitting deep REM cycle in my sleep. I highly recommend it! Order directly from Purple's site so they will honor the 100 night trial period.

I have owned 2 nice memory foam matresses before this and they all end up getting indentions over time and causing back aches. Before I use to wake up all night long due to neck and back pain, took about 5 -7 days and now have been pain free for 2 months! This mattress is wonderful. 10 out of 10.

....it does the job. I had a softer mattress prior, but over time I started to get cramps in my legs due the sags where my greater weight was. My big problem was getting the order done online since the form didn't recognize my new addy, along w/ the delivery of the mattress not coinciding w/ what the date the CSR said it would be coming on.

I will openly admit that I have wanted a purple matress for a very long time now. I finally have one in my home! Yay! The best sleep I have had in years! My only complaint is, after sleeping on it a few days I realized I needed just a tad bit more softness for my lower back and shoulders. I bought the original but really wished I could have gotten the customized model. My boyfriend and I have been at war over mattresses, toppers and pads for 5 years now, since we can't agree on feels and adjustments, and we are both completely satisfied!

My boyfriend and I really like our king size purple bed! It does take a couple weeks like the website say for your body to get adjusted but we really have enjoyed having the mattress in our house! And being able to pay the bed off in parts is even better!!!
