my niece had a Purple mattress and loves it. I tried it at her house and decided to get it when the Black Friday deal came out with a free Purple Pillow with the mattress order. I love them both. I can now sleep on my back and my left side(that has issues). Can't wait for the warm weather to see how cool I stay on it also.

I was waking up to lower back pain each morning with my old mattress. Since sleeping on the Purple Bed my morning back pain is now gone. I am a side sleeper and I was worried from reading other reviews that the Purple Bed might be a little to firm. To my pleasant surprise, I have not had any issues with side sleeping on my Purple Bed.

We bought our purple mattress online a little over two years ago. We loved it at first, but in the last 6 months or so, it became apparent that the mattress was starting to sag where we slept. We've tried rotating the bed a few times, but more recently my husband and I have started experiencing back pain after a night of sleep, and we find ourselves sleeping in awkward positions to try to avoid the area where the mattress is indented. I currently sleep on the very edge of the King size mattress. Our bed frame hasn't changed since we initially bought it, so we know it's the mattress. Bummed it didn't hold up longer.

My husband and I have enjoyed our new mattress so much! It almost feels like we aren't sleeping on anything. Our joints and backs have felt so much better since we got it. We also got the sheets and they are suuuuper soft! We want to buy the pillows next! :)

This is the second mattress I've purchased. The issue I have is I received the mattress within a week but it took close to 4 weeks to receive the frame. Such a disappointment. I tried numerous times to contact customer but no one responded. Anyway, I do love the bed.

The mattress is very firm with a soft top layer. Very comfortable for me. However, the pillows are so flat that I couldn't use them. I did order the new version of the pillows over a week ago and my order is still "pending", so hopefully that will be a better fit for me.

I was skeptical about getting this mattress even after I made the purchase. The night we first slept in it immediately changed that. For the first time I didn't toss and turn to fine a comfortable position, I slept through the night without walking every few hours and woke up feeling refreshed. The pillows we were recommended were absolutely perfect as well. The only thing I would say is, if you don't get the white glove service prepare to need 2 people to set up the mattress. It is extremely heavy and getting the mattress out of its package is NOT a one person job. If at any point we need to buy another new mattress, it will definitely be a purple mattress. I would also recommend speaking to an agent to make sure that you get the mattress that will be perfect for you. If I had picked it on my own, I would have ended up with the wrong one and this review would have looked much different. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and never once made me feel rushed and made amazing recommendations.

I was nervous about purchasing a mattress online. I am 60 and my husband is 65 years of age. He doesn't understand buying something so important without seeing it first. Believe it or not.....he has decided to keep it!! Not one negative comment so far. Thank you!

I suffer from arthritis in my back and haven't slept well since my twenties. This mattress has been a God-Send. The only complaint is that it is so heavy! My puppy pee'd on the bed the day after I got it and I had to unzip the white cover, HA, that was a pain in the back to say the least. I had to go get a plastic cover for the mattress and putting that on was a pain in the back too! It is the best purchase I've made in a long time but it is just so heavy!

I LOVED the feel of this mattress and noticed that my mid to lower back pain was gone after switching from my old pillow top mattress. HOWEVER I started noticing that I was having pain in my should/neck area- I tend to favor side-sleeping. I thought maybe it was the fact that my Tempurpedic pillow was not working well with my Purple mattress so I tried the Purple pillow for two nights and that did not work either. I still had shoulder/neck pain and the pillow did provide enough neck support for me. I loved how comfortable the mattress was and it worked for most of my body.
