Ever since I saw the ad on YouTube over a year ago, I was honestly hooked. I had not tried any of Purples products. I believed in their science and I have already tried other brands. My heart is with Purple. Thank you so much for thinking of ways to soothe the soul. ❤️-Mrs. Sen

Did a bunch of research on new mattresses and after realizing what a scam the industry is with similar crud products, sky high pricing for seemingly ridiculous designs, I took the leap on Purple. Price is really unbeatable for what they promise, risk free, and I liked the disruptive nature of the company and product. The mattress seriously does EVERYTHING they say it does: soft where you need it, firm where you need it - very strange how it can be both at the same time but is. Wife and I are sleeping WAY better than on our 10 year old memory foam mattress. I will consider buying more of these in the future when needed in the house. Few things to note: 1) yes they are very heavy, hard to move 2) they DO NOT work on a box spring, you need a foundation (like they say) and it MUST be level. I bought a piece of 3/4" plywood and ripped it down to size and into two equal pieces to fit diagonally across our old box spring to provide a firm and level platform on top of our old box spring which was definitely not level, this was apparent after week of back pain and not sleeping well since we originally placed the mattress directly onto the old box spring. Now it is awesome. 3) there is no 'edge firmness' like in 'some' traditional mattresses, which means the edges are squishy and you need to sleep about +/- 6" in from the edge or you feel like you might fall out. This distance may vary on your weight / size. If you are a 'cliff hanger' sleeper like me, you will need to adjust a bit. All in all, wife and I are VERY pleased with it. We wake with less back pain than before and sleep better most nights. Highly recommend it! I pre-ordered the pillows.

Love the bed. Should've gotten one sooner. I have noticed the platform you use does effect how it feels. Overall super happy with the purchase and wish I would've gotten one sooner. I have been sleeping longer at night and waking up less which has been amazing.

I purchased 2 cushions and a back support for my wife who injured her back. They are awful and so hard they make your legs go numb. There commercials and website boast about their 120 day return policy but apparently that does not apply to the seat cushion and they only way you know that is if you search for it. Ironically I tried to return the within the 30 days going through several email because their hold time was too long for me at work and they never responded. When I finally had my wife call them to return them they refused to do it because it was past the 30 days. Don't waste your time or money on this product or this company. Just like every corporation out there. Deceptive advertising and rip people of. No honor or customer loyalty.

its a nice quality mattress. Not bouncy, not too soft or hard. It does help cradle your pressure points well. I do fall asleep faster on this mattress than any other mattress I have slept on. Very comfortable, especially with how quickly the bed responds to your body movement. Only day 10 or so with the mattress.

I should say if you can sleep on it. Maybe it's great for other people but not for us. We have tried and tried to cope with this mattress and it's simply not getting any more comfortable. If anything it seems to be getting worse. We wake up in pain most nights and every morning. I have resorted to sleeping on the couch at this point. The mattress is supported as required and when we both lay in it we roll towards the center, in fact it is supported better than required. Like I said, maybe it's great for some but not for either of us! It's very soft and you can feel the polymer grid at times which is uncomfortable. I will give it another week or so but most likely will looking to "return" it....

So my wife adjusted to the Purple Mattress almost instantly. She had been suffering some pretty intense back pain that chiropractors, physical therapy and muscle relaxants couldn't touch. The Purple made an immediate difference in the quality of her sleep, and a few months later she attributes most of her back pain improvements to the Purple. It took me a little bit longer to adjust to the new mattress. I had trouble sleeping on it for about a week. But the improvements for my wife were so huge I hung in there with it. Over time I started sleeping better and better on it, and now I get a great sleep on it! I've also noticed I have less problems with joint stiffness with my Purple Mattress. Overall it's been a great bed, and well worth the money. I'm glad I hung in there and gave it a good solid try because now I'm really happy with it.

I have the purple one and it's a little stiff maybe it's the bed and I need to upgrade I don't know and don't want to spend the money if they are all stif. My fiancé loves it but I like a bed with a little more give in it. I am also a side sleeper so I don't think that helps I do sometimes wake up with bad back pain unsure if I want to upgrade and see if it changes

I was looking for a new mattress, my daughter told me to check out Purple. I was a little hesitant about purchasing a mattress on line & one that I didn't try out in person. After reading about Purple I decided to give it a try. I am very happy I purchased the Purple mattress, it's the best mattress I ever slept on, I love my new mattress ! It's just perfect.

I do feel like I sleep better, and also I have noticed that my arms don't fall asleep as often (I'm a side sleeper) so I do less tossing and turning to return blood flow (used to be 3 or 4 times a night, now it's 1 or less). The only reason I put a 4 star instead of 5 is because the bed is not as firm as reviews would have had me believe also it is not as "cool" as I would have liked it and as I would have believed from the reviews I read. The bed is very "neutral" temperature, meaning that when you lay on it, it doesn't feel hot or cold. On the plus side it doesn't "heat up" either as you lay there, it stays neutral. I'm a guy and my body temp on beds "runs hot" so I tend to overheat. This bed as lessened that somewhat, but not as much as I was hoping from the reviews. Anyway, its an insanely good upgrade from what I had previously (A Serta-type mattress from a local mattress store) so that's a big plus. Also it cost about a third of that old mattress and is easily more than 2x better!
