I had a problem with my order and the folks at Purple were incredible. They fixed my problem lickety split. The mattress itself is not firm enough for me so I wake up with lower back issues. A few stretches and I am back to normal. My wife is a side sleeper and needs a mattress topper to give her enough give to sleep comfortably on her side (she is short and not too heavy). Anyway, our experience with Purple has been good. They are very accommodating, but the mattress is not for me - over a year later.

I have to be honest I was super excited for this bed. Set up was easy, no smell ect. 1st night was great had the support I wanted. Im a few weeks in, and now Its like sleeping on the ground. Hard as a rock my back is killing me every morning I wake up or even wakes me up in the middle of the night. I wish I would have upgraded to the other bed that is softer but cant afford it.

So my husband and I have been wanting a Purple for a long time now. We decided to splurge and use some of our wedding money plus some Christmas money we got from my parents who knew how much we wanted this bed. I'm 7.5 months pregnant and we just slept our first night on it. On our old mattress, I was being woken up around the same time every night with extremely uncomfortable aching hips for the past 3 months. Did that happen last night? Take a wild guess. I'm amazed. I'm so happy we got this bed. I'm sure it's going to transform what my 3rd trimester would have been doomed to if we kept our old bed. Life-changing mattress. Also, yeah, you can't please everyone and every product out there gets some negative reviews no matter how good it is. But as for me and my husband, we are Purple people now.

I used to toss and turn most of the night, and spent the daytime falling asleep despite copious amounts of caffeine. Since I've gotten my purple mattress and purple pillows, my quality of sleep is so much better! I'm not experiencing daytime sleepiness anymore!

I am so happy I bought Purple. I did a LOT of research before deciding on the Purple Mattress. My main criteria for a new mattress were: cool, bounce and medium firm. Initially, I was leaning toward another mattress, but am SOOOOO glad that I chose Purple. I could not be happier with my Purple and look forward to going to sleep on my Purple each night. I think Purple is a great mattress. I love that is toxic free, food safe too. I don't need chemical exposure while I sleep. Give Purple a try. You won't regret it.

I got the Purple 3 about 2 months ago and I have to say this is a great option for anyone. It is on the medium to firm side so keep that in mind. It is high quality and most importantly it got rid of my back pain. Like it's actually gone, I cant believe it. The bed is very comfy, stays at a neutral temp and it's bouncy which I like. If you are a back sleeper, don't think twice this bed will be amazing for you. If you are a side sleeper, like I am, I find it to be a little firm on the shoulders but again it completely relieved by back pain so no big deal. I am 6'4 and 210 lbs. I have to warn you it's a little painful the first week or so as you get used to sleeping on a quality bed. My ribs hurt for awhile but now everything is fine and they only time I wake up in pain is when I'm sleeping on a non-Purple bed. I won't give it 5 stars because it's expensive and the delivery took over a month. All in all it's a great bed.

I was a bit skeptical but willing to try this mattress because nothing else erased my lower back pain. I was taking the daily dose of ibuprofen and was still in pain. I bought the Purple mattress in hopes of gaining relief. I have slept on this mattress for two weeks and have been without lower back pain! I won't go back to a regular mattress again.

Any position any time of day any mood I'm in and I always fall asleep fast and wake up relaxed and happy. Will never buy another mattress again. Only thing to complain about is that the profile or height of the mattress is low compared to other memory foam mattresses. They could make it thicker and it would be perfect.

Bought our mattress July of last year and NO COMPLAINTS as of yet!! Our kids are sabotaging our bed... will you please make a double size and twin regular sized beds PLEASE?! And yes... I need a pillow because rolling a towel under my neck just doesn't cut it!!

I had a huge dip going on one of the sides of the Purple Mattress and after contacting the Warranty, and providing proof of the issue, they gladly provided my with a brand new replacement. I am already having issues with BOTH of the sides sagging / dipping now. My nights are becoming a nightmare as they were before with the old mattress and my wife is now pregnant... they last thing I want is for this mattress to cause more back pain on her. Please, send me a newer, non-faulty, model.
