I've been waking up sore all over for years. Didn't really matter what kind of mattress, except for once on a TempurPedic. As I cannot afford such an expensive mattress, I gave up on comfortable sleep. I came across the Purple ad while on YouTube one day, and was skeptical at first. I looked up reviews on their website, YouTube, and other sources and decided to give them a try. It has been one of the BEST decisions I've ever made! I'll NEVER buy anything else! Even my girlfriend loves this mattress. It's not just a sales pitch, or hype. IT'S THE BEST SLEEP I'VE EVER HAD! No more pain! My son (9) likes my bed so much that I'm getting him one. He's ADHD, and usually has a hard time falling asleep. Not on my Purple. He's out in 10 minutes or less! (Only problem is that I then have to move him to his room) The only thing I don't like it that I don't WANT to get out of bed because it's so comfortable! It's not physically hard to get out of, just that I don't want to. Others have said this, and I thought it was an exaggeration. Nope. Not for me, anyway.

I've been using a Sleep Number mattress for the last few years. It's basically an air mattress that cost 4X my Purple mattress. My Purple mattress is much more comfortable. I can now sleep through the night! I also highly recommend the Purple Pillow.

This is the most comfortable and durable mattress we have ever owned. It meets two entirely different sleeping styles and my husband no longer complains about his arms falling asleep. We've bought 3 twin mattresses as well and they have been loved by their recipients!

One problem I am facing is that I enjoy my heated mattress pad. Purple suggests using their sheets amd no mattress pad for maximum comfort. My shoulders still hurt and my arms still fall asleep on me. I am considering buying a heated blanket to replace the mattress pad do hay I can experience the mattress as intended. I will try to update this in a month or so.

I recommend this mattress to anyone in need of a new one. I did a lot of research and read hundreds of reviews, and decided we should give it a shot. So far, we have loved it! We've only had it for a little over a month, but it has changed our sleep. Give it a shot!

I had been anticipating purchasing a Purple Mattress after seeing the Goldielocks ad about a year ago. I recently moved and bought the mattress and the Purple Foundation! I love the mattress, it's comfortable to both lay in or sit and do some work. It supports my books and laptop without them sinking into the abyss like my old bed, and the foundation is very stylish as well as being a good height! I found the foundation easy to put together and the bed unrolled seamlessly and was full sized in minutes. I love it so far and plan on keeping it a long time!

I did quite a bit of research before purchasing the original purple. What really stood out to me was the amount of people that no longer had any back pain after either just a few nights to a month of use. I have had back pain on and off for at least 15 years and never seem to get a good nights sleep. I had hoped this was the end! The first night on the mattress I noticed a little discomfort in my lower back where I normally have no issues. Over the next two nights that discomfort completely went away. After that, upper back pain and stiffness showed up that has remained. I spent two nights on my couch and the pain went away. Slept on the mattress again and the first night it came back. I would like to return this mattress and try the Newest model with the 4" top but the price difference is way beyond what I expected. My wife, who didn't want to replace our last mattress, now wakes up a few times a week with back pain as well. My weight 168lbs and 6'0" tall.

I am very happy so far. I do wake up with a sore neck and headache so I believe it is a pillow issue. Still testing it out before making a decision. My boyfriend says his shoulders are sore but he still wants to give the bed some time before making a decision as well.

I bought a queen size purple bed because our old bed had a dip in it. And I just want to say it wow. I absolutely love this bed. When this bed wears out I will be buying another to replace it. To be honest it does take about two weeks to adjust but when u do its so worth it. In the purple bed the other person doesn't feel u getting out of bed. I have a 2 year that sleeps with us and she sleeps so much better also. Thanks purple for making a fantastic bed.

Having tested mattresses at a local store I knew that the 3 softest mattresses were not definite to stop the pain of my hip pressure points. They were as expensive as this but did not have the 100% money back guarantee with the 100 day test period. What did I have to lose? I ordered the 16-inch frame , mattress cover, sheets and the Purple 4 mattress. The frame arrived much earlier so, at our convenience we slid off the old mattress and box springs and replaced with the new. That made the delivery day easier. The men from the local moving company who delivered this did indeed put on white (latex) gloves! They were pleasant, experienced, quick and took away the box springs in addition to the horribly heavy old King sized mattress. This mattress is certainly the most comfortable thing I've ever laid on! My hip points dont't hurt if I lay on my side and read for a couple hours before I sleep. I'm clearly more comfortable because I don't move around in my sleep either because I hurt or searching for a cool spot. It's amazing how my temperature remains comfortable rather than building a heat bubble around me! It does feel totally different and the stretchy cover and bottom sheet emphasize that. The Frame is very solid feeling with no movement or squeaking. TWO COMPLAINTS! 1. Although I love the bottom, fitted, sheet and the pillowcases are OK. I DO NOT LIKE the stretchy top sheet! It wanders around on its own and bunches up and must always be relocated. I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL FITTED SHEETS SEPARATELY! 2. The 16-inch high metal frame allows room for 6 huge plastic storage bins underneath! But it makes the Purple 4 a full 30 inches from the floor to the top of the mattress. I can manage but a shorter, older or arthritic person than I could have real difficulties with this! PURPLE NEEDS TO OFFER 12 AND 14 INCH HIGH FRAMES!
