I have had a chronic back problem for the past 2 years. Every couple of weeks I'd wake up with pain so bad I couldn't sit up. I literally had to roll out of bed. It's been 2 months since I changed to a Purple mattress and have yet to wake up in any pain. In fact I also sleep better through the night and wake up well rested.

The mattress is suppose to cradle your pressure points. Right? Then why does mine not even begin to even form to me when I am even sitting on it? I weigh about 245 lbs and I feel as though I'm laying on a squishier version of particle board. I will keep it since that is the only mattress I have. I may just need time to get use to it. just as FYI.

On my old Tempur-Pedic, I would get hot and sweaty and sink in to the mattress and everytime my significant other and I tried to cuddle we would have to separate because one of us would get to hot. Since we got the Purple matress, we have yet to have any of those problems.

This is the first time I decided to not purchase the traditional box spring and mattress set because the Purple Mattress was referred to me by two of my daughters. I find the Purple Mattress to be very comfortable and am truly satisfied with my purchase. I also purchased the bed frame, mattress cover and received the pillow as a free gift.

I bought Purple-totally PUMPED because of the egg test, enthusiasm and sassy advertising. Slept great for about 6 months then the sag started. Cal king both sides. Our frame has like 6 legs and a grid support, so it's not the frame. I called sent some photos and they sent me a new mattress quickly and with no hassle. It's been about 6 months now and the sag is back. We've rotated the bed and it's just awkward now. Our sheets are plenty stretchy and our mattress protector is plenty big. I'm experiencing excruciating lower back pain and at this point I would love my money back. This mattress is just not for me. I haven't bothered to call customer service again because I highly doubt they'll send me a third mattress (which I don't want) and I know they won't give me my money back. I'm a stomach sleeper and my quality of sleep is horrific these days. I gave two stars instead of one because I really do think it's a great company and innovative product, but for me it's just not working out :(

I'm pretty sad about this. The fumes from the mattress are so noxious that every single day that I wake up I feel sick. I've tried airing out by not making the bed and removing all coverings. Which reminds me, I hate the fact that someone scribbled initials that read MAD on my mattress. Would a little fabric, showing who inspected have really thrown the budget?. I toss and turn, wake up with lower back aches. I'm still trying to give it a chance because I really, really want to like it but it's actively working against being liked. In conclusion noxious fumes and grafitti bring it down to a one star.

We've been sleeping on our Purple for a month now and we still love it. We both get giddy right before bed knowing we'll be laying on the most comfortable mattress we've ever owned. It cradles us, supports us, makes us never want to leave bed. Truly, the best purchase we've ever made.

I have the purple 2 and I am absolutely in love I have had bad back pain from my old 12 yr old mattress for a long time. Got the purple had about a week of pain with it and now its gone it is so comfortable I am always in bed extta time and sleep like a baby!

I really hoped this would be the perfect mattress like advertised. It was anything but. Way too firm, it was like I was laying on top of a table. Didn't sink in even the slightest. Terrible motion transfer. If my spouse moved just a little, I'd feel it and I'd wake up. My spouse woke up with neck and back pains and I never got a single 8 hour night's sleep. I hate to say this but this is a bargain mattress and you get what you pay for.

My wife and I don't know how we will ever be able to live and sleep without a Purple mattress. Seriosly we are customers for life. Best mattress we have ever owned. Wake up feeling amazing and well rested. Definitely lives up to the things that were in the Purple Mattress video that we saw on Facebook. We took a chance and bought the king size figuring we had nothing to lose with the 30 night trial and no hassle return policy. Sooooo glad we took that chance. Excellent product for a really reasonable price. Fast shipping and easy to open.
