Love this Mattress, I am a bigger guy 6-4 270 and this is the perfect amount of firm support and soft on your arms and shoulders. Give the mattress a good week after opening to fullfill its full potential. I seriously look forward to going to bed every night. This mattress is much preferred over the hybrid mattresses where I feel like I sink and bounce a little too much with the springs.

I've had back pain for years. I don't sleep in one position all night so it was hard to find a mattress that would feel ok in ALL positions. Well, let me tell you....I FOUND IT! No more pain points no matter what position I lay in. Incredibly pleased with this and will never use another brand.

If you want to continually get reinforcement for making an important decision, just buy a Purple product. The crew there is as"homey"as they come, and the almost encourage you to have a problem just so you can talk to them! I was buying at a time when inventory was way down,and shipments to them were was behind, but their constant communication never let me feel they had forgotten me. When it finally arrived i put it together quickly and had the best sleep I've had in a long time. Thanks PURPLE!!!

Since switching to Purple, I'm sleeping more soundly and waking up without pain. We're a bed-sharing family so we have four people in our king-size bed. Before, I would wake up throughout the night with neck and sciatic pain from being contorted on the edge of the bed. I find that with Purple, the kids sleep more soundly and move less, giving me more space to sleep in comfort.

I have degenerative disk disease and went through three mattresses before landing on the Purple. This mattress is the only one that has given me relief- and complete relief! It did take about a month for my body to adjust to it, so do be patient! My husband loves it too. We immediately noticed deeper sleep from night one. I now dread ever having to spend a night away from our purple. Love, love everything about this mattress!

Though frustrated initially with FedEx and their delayed delivery date(s), Purple Customer Service made up for it. The frame arrived first, super easy install. The mattress, simple too. Sleeping on this the first time was super relaxing and it is a pleasure to have this for my guests in my home.

I'm just under a month in and so far I love this bed. When I wake up I don't even notice the mattress. I wake up just knowing I slept good. I think that's even better than having a soft comfy mattress. It almost as if the mattress doesn't exist. I just lay down and my body is relaxed and I quickly fall asleep

This is fantastic. The best mattress we have ever slept on. I use to have pain when I got out of bed after a long terrible night's sleep. Now I get a deeper sleep and wake up feeling refreshed at 4:30AM! My wife and I will do a youtube review soon. When ever friends and family come over we make them lay on our mattress. I know I'm getting a better night's sleep. I like my mattress firm and my wife like's it soft and we both agree that this is the best mattress we have ever slept on. We are leaving on a cruise soon and I will actually miss our mattress... That's a first!!!

My wife really didn't like the feel of the mattress, even through the pad and sheets that we purchased from you, and when she slept on it, she woke up in the middle of the night because her shoulders hurt so much. Subsequent nights on the mattress have not changed her opinion, and she won't sleep on it.

This took well over 1 week to get them. However, the box was damaged already when Fedex delivered them. I was so disappointed that the pillows didn't fit my king size pillow cases. It was cool gel too which I was looking for. So, I noticed today purple online is offering 10% off two pillows which I didn't get that promotion. See photos.
