I love The Purple Matress. But I do feel like that when you order the mattress that the company should be a little bit more honest and shipping times. Advertisements say four days. My mattress took two weeks and a phone call and the frame took four weeks And a phone call. If they would fix that it would be a perfect bed

Never pictured the day when I would buy a mattress sight unseen online, not having laid on it in a store. I have always hated the way other "foam" mattresses felt, to constrictive and hot. The purple mattress does what is supposed to support without pressure points, and It sleeps cool. It felt different when we first laid on it; nothing out there like it. We love it and feel we found a solution for our prior nights of poor sleep. I would like to see the prices come down some so we could outfit more bedrooms in the house. Thanks purple!

We love this product. We had an old bed before with the "dents" on each side. We started having horrible back pain both of us and our chiropractor said you guys might need a new bed. So we found a place where you could test a bunch of online beds. My husband loved the coolness of it. And when we laid in it it was just fun and different then all the other beds. We have had ours for 3 years now and seriously not one ounce of the back pain we felt before. For either of us. Also not on sign of a dent where we sleep. My kids love it and we just purchase two beds for my my two oldest. I even had them test all the beds in the store just to make sure it was their choice and not ours. My younger four are insanely jealous but they'll get their chance too someday! We all have the Purple 4. We also got the sheets and the mattress protector. The type of sheets is essential or the bed isn't as squishy as when you initially lay on it.

I have slept on various beds before, from the temperpedic to iComfort by serta. This by far is the best sleep my wife and I have had. She is a lot smaller than ~120lbs and I am on the heavier side ~250lbs. Finding a bed that suited us both was has and we both had to settle on being uncomfortable. From sleeping to hot due to the mattress or uneven support due to firmness, it was a nightmare. I am glad to have seen the YouTube video for the egg test as that sparked my interest into trying the mattress as it came with a money back guarantee. I am glad that I made the switch as its the best sleep I have had in a long time.

I love our new purple queen mattress! The contouring to my shoulders and hips make me wish I had bought it when I was pregnant! I gave it four stars because I do not enjoy the edges of the mattress , it is not firm and I feel like I slide off. But, I enjoy a comfortable nights rest and I don't sleep on the edges so I will be fine :)

I'l love to say this is the absolute best thing I've ever slept on but, as a side-sleeper, I still find pressure points causing discomfort in my shoulder. When I lay on my back, however, this is probably the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. I also want to mention that the Purple mattress is fantastically cool to sleep on which makes it great on the warmer nights! I'd probably buy it again but I wish there was an intermediary layer between the purple material and the latex foam to help provide pressure relief for my shoulder!

I have to say, the only reason we purchased this was because we felt secure in the 100 day return policy. I am SO skeptical about buying anything like this online. My husband was not sure when we first opened it...now he talks about it all the time, "Our bed is the best! It's so nice! It's so much better than so-and-so's!" We are in total agreement. I am 100% sure it has also helped TREMENDOUSLY with my bulging disc/sciatic pain. It's absolutely amazing. If you are on the edge, JUST DO IT.

We have had a sleep number for several years and we really enjoyed it but with our first little one on the way it was time for an upgrade. Mostly because the sleep number was not doing justice for my pregnant wife. We did a lot of research on beds and decided to give Purple a shot. Purple mattress has been wonderful. We thought sleep number was great in that we could set both our sides but Purple is ready for action for both my wife and my needs. We have slept wonderfully since sleeping with Purple. First, let me just get out the way that I haven't woken up with a stiff shoulder, or back or any of those normal morning pains that I've gotten so used to in my 30 years of life. So purple is as advertised, in my opinion, when it comes to comfort and support in all the right places to maintain neutral spine. The other selling point for me was sleeping cool. I get HOT. I would soak in my old memory foam mattress to the point where it would be soppy on my side of the bed. I knew that would have to change, and I was instantly sold on the idea of air flow underneath me to maintain coolness. I slept cool for the first week, but lately been getting hot. I'm switching to the purple stretchy sheet (originally had a parachute fitted sheet on it-amazing btw) to see if that changes anything. Another tidbit, this is my first king size bed so I don't know what I should be expecting, but I didn't anticipate my feet to dangle so closely to the edge of the bed? I'm only 5'11" so not very used to that, at least I don't think I remember that on my old queen. One more point and I'm outta here. The density. I bought this with the platform steel base, and I was underwhelmed either at the base design or the mattress density-can't decide which. You definitely don't want to plop down on your mattress aggressively, because the mattress has some give to it and you'll feel the top side of that steel support rod on your tailbone or back. It won't be a direct sharp pain, but you'll definitely thud and feel resistance. I guess "don't jump on your new bed" is always a good solution, but I felt it that thud just by plopping down from standing next to it. I'm 175lbs, I imagine that's light by mattress capacity standards, so if I'm having this issue I can't help but wonder what heavier individuals are going through. In all honestly, the caveats are minor but worth noting. Big picture, I've been sleeping like a gem, and waking up feeling amazing. I would definitely make this purchase again and highly recommend anybody who's curious to give it a shot.

The bed itself is extremely comfortable and easy to move around in. Normally being mobile isn't a big deal, but being pregnant I need a bed that doesn't just sink in when I try to get up. It's firm enough that it's easy to move but gives away perfectly for all of my pressure points and is a relief to return to at night. My favorite part? I have not woken up sore once. I've visited family and slept in some really comfy beds since getting our purple, but I always end up feeling stiff the next morning on other beds. Nothing has compared to my purple. The only negative thing I have to say is that my standard queen sheet does not stay on for more than two nights in a row. A stretchy or slightly larger sheet seems to be needed. This may not be the case for everyone though, as my partner is on the heavier side and it's always his side that gives way.
