So far we like our mattress. It took awhile for us to adjust and we still are wondering if it's the right choice. We read a few reviews that mentioned it's hard to find sheets that work with this mattress, so be sure to order the purple mattress sheets. We've been waiting two months now for our sheets and still haven't received them. Almost two weeks ago I reached out and they said they'd ship them out, but no updates on my shipping information. We are anxious to see if the sheets will make a difference for us.

Still wake up sweating, from the plastic on the mattress protector it does not allow the mattress to breath and keep you cool as you advertise also so for has not helped with my back pain It is a really firm mattress But we love the pillows The bed frame is very good and durable Over all I'm ok with my purchase but not it is not what I was hoping for.

I had one of the leading air mattresses, Select Comfort, for about 15 years. I constantly had to adjust it and often woke with a sore back. They claimed the air allowed it to conform to your body, but if you push down in one spot, it going to push up in another. That is NOT the case with the Purple. Also with the air bed, the two air compartments were surrounded with regular foam, which made laying across the bed very uncomfortable. My back and I are extremely happy with the Purple.

My wife and I have had the '.2' queen for about 60 days and love it and don't find it too firm. After the first week we briefly discussed switching to the '.3', but after another week we concluded the '.2' is perfect - just the right amount of soft and support. We are around 60 - she is about 175 lb and I am 190 lb. My wife is a combo back/side sleeper and I am a combo stomach/side sleeper. Before this bed we've always slept on traditional spring mattresses on the firm side.

I am a disabled veteran with severe lower back pain. Laying on my new mattress the first time was amazing. The support for my back kept it in a neutral position and eased the pain immediately. I will always have pain but this mattress helps tremendously. Before on my old spring mattress getting up in the morning was extremely painful. There were times I couldn't stand up straight for some time. With the purple mattress I have no problems getting up in the morning. Again like I said I will always have some pain but this mattress has made a huge difference in my sleep and mobility. With a 100 day trial period what's to lose!? I'm sold and will never go back to a spring mattress.

I've heard about the purple mattress a million times before I decided to get one and I wish I got one sooner! We had a memory foam before and it held heat like no other and this one doesn't hold heat almost at all! And my hips were hurting on my old mattress and I don't have that problem anymore with the purple! If you're thinking about buying, just do it! You won't be disappointed!

I really don't know how to explain this mattress, but it's unlike any mattress I've ever owned. I have a lot of back and hip problems and I always wake up in pain and of course very stiff. This is my third mattress in 5 years and probably my last. This mattress is so squishy and soft I literally can't wait to go to bed! My back and hips feel so much better and I move a lot less throughout the night than with any other mattresses I've ever had. It forms to your body and any pressure points. And just for context I sleep in every position (stomach, back and side) and it is comfortable in everyone of those positions. All and all I am in love.

My wife and I were excited to try this supposedly great new technology after being disappointed with the performance of traditional mattresses. Unfortunately Purple has a huge let down, literally...my side of this bed is already sunken to the point of causing great pain. Maybe this technology works well for a single person who sleeps in the middle of the bed? But for a couple were each person sleeps to one side it's a complete failure. I would never recommend this product.

It is still pretty new and if I had it to do over again I may have gone with a different mattress. The reason is because we bought this mattress for a second home where we do not sleep every night. I bought it with a very strong recommendation form a friend and may should have done a little more research to find out that it the mattress needs maybe 30 nights consecutive to adapt to your body and really feel its very best. So far, it has been a little firmer than I may have wanted and much firmer than my wife prefers. I have slept on it about 7 out of the last 20 nights and I am starting to like it more and feel that it will continue to get better. My wife agrees that it is getting more comfortable too. The reason I am not happier is because my friend that referred us said it was the best decision they had made all year and something they absolutely loved, so we had some serious expectations. It is a good product and I am hopeful that as the nights go on that we will sink in more and more to a really comfortable nights sleep.

The mattress was delivered by Fed Ex to the wrong house on the wrong day--there were conflicting emails from Purple and fed ex as to when it would arrive, had someone there to recieve it on what we were told was the delivery date by Fed ex. No one there when they delivered it a day early to accept it, so had to leave work way early to get it inside, since there has been a rashof package thefts from my neighborhood. It was delivered to a neighbor, someone I did not know, who was in this instance kind enough to call me. Fed Ex picked it up from a unknown neighbor, and delivered it the next day, which necessitated yet another day home from work. Got it inside unrolled it. Had called Purple a month or so before to find out if a plywood sheet could function in lieu of of a platform bed, since I love my bed frame and did not want to have to pay for a platform bedframe-either theirs or anyone elses, since i love my own bedframe. I was on hold for 25 minutes with Purple, finally gave up and selected option for someone to call me back. No one from Purple ever called me back. Used platform sheet in lieu of buying expensive platform bed. Mattressis way too hard. I have nerve imingement in my outer thigh, made it worse. It hurts my lower backand aggravates alumbar problem. My legs feel as if they have been ina curled up position for 12 hours straight, even though I have only been lying on the mattress for 7-8 hours. Very cramped. Am trying to give it more time, maybe there is an adjustment period? Will probably return. Will keep you posted.
