For months I woke up with neck pain, tossed and turned, and always felt exhausted as if I hadn't gotten a good nights rest. My husband and I searched high and low for our next mattress but just couldn't fathom paying $3,000 or more. After many night of sitting on the couch doing mattress research we came across The Purple Mattress. For the cost we were skeptical but we figured why not. With a 100 night guarantee we had nothing to loose. We submitted our order and waited anxiously for our delivery. Since night 1 we have both woken up feeling completely rested. My neck pain has subsided and I don't toss and turn all night. I tend to get rather hot at night and my core temperature has consistently been comfortable if not slightly chilly at night. I have told everyone I know about this mattress. It's definitely a WIN in our household.

Love the product, but not working for me for 2 reasons... 1 - I have a bad back, which slips out of place on your wonderful product. A mattress with smaller squares under my back might work to keep my back in. 2 - I purchased the power base (because it would allow me to sleep most like in my sleeping chair), but my petite 5'2" wife sadly slips down and is scrunched up on the flat portion of the bed (we got the queen because she was sure she could handle what I needed).

We received our queen mattress over two weeks ago, and every day I fall more in love with this bed. When I move it doesn't wake up my partner, and vice versa. The bed is soft on first touch, but firm in all the right places. It's so stable I can even do restorative yoga on it!! I have a chronic illness, so the quality of my bed matters a lot. I didn't realize how much until now. I will never go back to spring mattresses! More info: We have ours on a sturdy slatted platform bed from a well known furniture company and the combo is wonderful. We are using the Purple Mattress Protector, but have normal high quality cotton sheets. My partner and I are both normal sizes/ weights.

I'm a side sleeper and came across this mattress that seemed like it would be the perfect fit for me to avoid my arms "falling asleep" and me waking up in the middle of the night with them numb and tingling. However, it seems that this mattress, for me, was worse than my Tempur-CLOUD mattress I already owned. I had hoped that it would be a step-up, but it sadly was not. They are honoring their money back guarantee, so kudos to them for that. At best, I can only give this a 3 Star as it just wasn't the solution for my sleep needs, but it is definitely worth a try if you don't own a Tempur-CLOUD mattress!

When we got it delivered there was no way I could lift it or drag it into the house, my husband had to do it, so it is really heavy, I suggest if you live alone or are a small person you will need to have a friend come help you get in to your place and get it to your bedroom. It was a real pain to get it unwrapped, lifted on to the bed , and get the plastic off. It really needs a sticker so something indicating which side is up so when you unwrap it you dont unwrap it wrong side up, which is what we did. I took a star off for these reasons only. The mattress was really uncomfortable the first week, but only because we where sleeping on crap and our muscles where not accustomed to having proper support so we had some soreness but now I dont want to sleep anywhere else! We are loving this mattress and both sleeping great! No more hip or back pain, and its not hot at all for a foam mattress. I will not buy anything other than a Purple from here on out. I suggest buying one right now and giving it a go! Oh and buy their mattress protector! please do it! Its soft and it's already come in handy (dog threw up on our bed) so yea add it to your purchase its worth it.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE our Purple Matress!! I thought I knew good sleep until the Purple bed. We went on vacation some time after we got out Purple bed and other beds just do not compare. Hands down, BEST SLEEP EVER!! Thank you to the people at Purple for literally making my dreams of having a wonderful sleep come true!

Amazingly comfortable right out of the package. With my old mattresses, I used to go to bed feeling fine, but would wake up sore every day. With the original Purple Mattress, I wake up everyday feeling great, no more soreness or pain. It doesn't get hot either. By far the greatest invention since the straw bed!!!

My first experience with a Purple product was a seat pad for my truck, I was an open road trucker. Before the pad I was in agony after I could easily drive 700 miles. I decided to try the mattress at home because I had changed jobs and needed a new mattress. I am still in the trial period but I fall asleep immediately and don't wake up with a sore back. The mattress doesn't feel super luxurious but the support is perfect all night long.

I waited for my 100 nights before writing a review. I purchased the Purple Hybrid Premier 3. If I cut to the chase, I'll say it's a keeper. To be fair, I can't compare the Purple 3 to any other mattress Purple sells, or to any mattress sold by other mattress makers, because I never slept on any of the others. Maybe I would like another mattress more, or maybe I wouldn't. After much online research, I took a shot on the Purple 3 as the one I might like. However I can compare the Purple 3 to my old mattress, which allows me to say the Purple is a very positive upgrade. The outgoing mattress was very hard and caused back and shoulder pain. Purple 3 cradles and supports as advertised. I am a side-sleeping 200 pound male with wide shoulders. I waited 100 nights to write this, but I felt the positive difference after just one night.

We love our purple...it's hard to explain, but feels like sleeping in a cloud. To be honest the first two weeks was rough, but I read it took some time for your body to adjust. It's been about a month and we feel this was a great investment. I would definitely buy again!
