All in all it is a good mattress, however, if you have a back pain on a soft mattress, then don't choose this one. I am personally have back pain and uncomfortable on the day when I waked up on purple. Feel no support at my back. Will keep trying to see if I can feel better, if no, I will return it. If you don't like soft surfaces, then don't try it.

I have had the mattress for about a month now really thinking on returning it but bought all the accessories with it as well . I Wake up in the morning with severe back pain and hip pain . Never had issues with that before . Went with the original purple mattress I think that this one is just way too thin and does not provide the comfort that it needs. Maybe going with a three or four or you might get a comfortable bed but those are just extremely too expensive! Just had high hopes on this mattress and is extremely disappointed.

I could honestly not give this bed a worse review. Truly impossible to sleep on no matter if you sleep on your side, back, or stomach. Every position is difficult to fall asleep, followed by painful mornings. The 21 night trial before they will even consider a refund is torture. I don't know how they expect someone to go so long with extremely poor sleep.

I have lower back problems and I still going the purple mattress too firm for my preference. After I sank through their patented technology, I felt like I was laying on the base foam. I returned the mattress before yesterday end of the trial period due to the stiffness. The customer service was great, but I just do not like the mattress.

Went from Latex which was good but too hard to Purple....much better for side sleepers....love the mattress and the pillow....still on my first week with the bed and I absolutely love it. Without a doubt I would recommend...I am 6'4" and football player weight and it is very comfortable.

The jury is still out on it. I was very disappointed that they did not make the referral program known about before my purchase and when I called in, right after having completed my purchase, they said it was too late. As far as the mattress, we are not sure yet, still trying it out. There hasn't been an "ah ha" moment yet when either of us has woke up and said "That's the best night's sleep I've had in a long time." But it could happen!

The mattress is pretty good. I'm still getting used to it. I definitely am in less pain when i wake up in the morning. I've been sleeping bad for so long it's gonna take a little while to get used to its firmness. The platform needs screw feet to be able to level the bed. I have an old house and it has settled. I feel crooked but am trying to figure out a way to shim the platform to level the bed.

Been sleeping on the Purple 2 for a few weeks now, and my wife and I like it. It is definitely comfortable and supportive, and is the first mattress I can side sleep on without my shoulders ever aching. We pulled the trigger on the Purple mattress, however, because of my chronic low back pain, which has improved very slightly. My back pain has definitely not fixed or eliminated by the mattress, so if you're buying it to fix your back, consider heavily other options first. The mattress was a little firmer than expected at first, but we quickly adjusted to that. All that being said, we find the mattress very comfortable and we do really enjoy it. The motion isolation is stellar, and you can't really feel the grid like some of the other reviews mention.

After years of difficulty getting a goid nights sleep and trying a number of different beds, we found the Purple. Not only is the Goldie Locks commercial entertaining and informative, the bed Provides the best night's sleep i've had in years. You guys are awesome. Thank you

My daughter wouldn't sleep on her old mattress as she was waking up with a "sore back". I reviewed various options online and chose purple based on reviews and return policy. The ten year old has been happily sleeping on her new mattress for a few weeks and it appears she is happy. The transaction, shipping etc were easy only issue is the mattresses are a bit heavy and difficult to maneuver once unpackaged. For a bunk bed I recommend putting it in place before unsealing, that's what I did otherwise it would have been difficult to put in place
