First off the bad and it's not even the bed it's the company Why send the sample with the bed that stupid send it first so we can feel before we order. Now with that being said the bed is awesome after having years of back pain due the military first night took it away and my back has been feeling great can sleep in any position and I sleep almost all night not the beds fault

Aligned both mine and my boyfriends back and helps us stay cool and sleep throughout the night rather than walking up every 3-4 hours like we use to on our pillow top. I'm a stomach sleeper and he's a side sleeper, neither of us can complain about anything anymore. It's more firm than expected, but I actually enjoy it over a soft memory foam mattress.

After 9-months our king size Purple mattress began to sag and while not expecting a response I left a comment about it on one of Purple's facebook posts. Well within minutes they responded saying that the condition is covered under the warranty and provided me with an email address to send my situation to. I was given detailed information about how to make use of my warranty and I was sent a brand new mattress after a short period! I also asked if the sagging happens again (must happen within the first year or having it) whether or not I would be able to make use of the warranty again and was told that it would be covered for up to 10 years from my original purchase date! Amazing!

I love it. I find it very comfortable and I have been sleeping better. My wife however finds it to hard and is still having back problems. Not sure what we will do going forward. Would have liked to have the option of a mattress pad that makes it more soft.

I've had a solid seven months to try the Purple bedding system. This may be somewhat lengthy but it's the truth & may help others while making a purchasing decision. First off, I made the purchase because I needed more support for my lower back & hip injuries than what my old mattress was affording. I was in the Army & deployed a lot so these injuries are both old & degenerative. Secondly, I hurt all the time & my sleep isn't great anyway but add the constant pain & no support and, well, not a recipe for a good night's sleep. Lastly, being in peri-menopause for the last 11 years on top of all of that is just the perfect finishing touch (insert eye roll). The night sweats trapped body heat into my old mattress so I was roasting every night. I did my research for several weeks & even chatted online with a Purple representative about which sleep system would work best for me. (She assured me the original mattress would provide plenty of back/hip support & would pull heat away from my body during a hot flash.) The price was excellent & along with the twin XL mattress, I got the foundation & a set of free sheets (thanks & I LoVe these). I actually got everything but the sheets on my birthday & I set it up immediately. I couldn't wait to see if this thing was as good as advertised & I desperately needed some good, restful sleep. The first night was amazing! Truly nothing short of a dream!!!! I slept so well & with less waking events than I had had in a very long time. I also woke up less sore the next morning so I was sold. I felt completely satisfied with the purchase I made, or so I thought. The next nights & weeks went by with no issue. Then one morning I woke up incredibly sore like I'd slept on my old pillow top again. Odd, right? I hadn't re-injured myself or anything so this was definitely bizarre. Then week by week, I lost all the support the sleep system previously supplied. My body heat was also no longer pulling away from me; rather it was just staying directly beneath me in the mattress. None of the issues I have have been helped beyond that first few months & it's very frustrating. I'm still making payments & it wasn't the right product for me. And while I'm past the trial period & cannot return it, this sleep system has really failed me. I basically have a much smaller and more expensive version of my old bed. I'm actively searching for a twin XL mattress (not a Purple) that is some kind of hybrid that'll do what I need it to.

My old mattress was 20 years old and a good night's sleep was the exception, rather than the rule. My Purple mattress arrived 2 months ago and not a good night's sleep if the rule, rather than the exception. I refused to believe that the technology of a spring mattress is the best we could do. But, I did not like the feeling of sinking into a memory foam mattress. Purple gave me a solution to this lose-lose situation.

This was a great investment - I had a good mattress that was only 3 years old and every morning when I got up my lower back hurt so bad it was hard to walk for the first few minutes. The very first morning when I got up from my purple mattress I had zero pain - I can't believe it, I am so happy!

Anything that I can say positive about my new Purple mattress is an understatement. My husband and I have have all kinds of beds and NONE fit us like this. It gives only where you need it to providing perfect support. Pillow? I don't even need on this bed: It's that good!!!

The sheets are the softest sheets I've ever slept on and the mattress has brought serious relief to my hip and shoulder pain. I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore and I don't have night sweats anymore, either. I recommend Purple to anybody seeking a peaceful night's sleep!

We love it! He has had back surgery a few years ago and still has problems and sleeps great on it. I broke my back and hip in a bad car accident Nov 2019 and couldn't stay in bed without hurting to sleep through the night. I can now! We absolutely love it and it keeps us cool
