The hype was real, the second I got this bed in I knew i'd be a customer for life. It's hard to make myself get up in the morning due to overwhelming comfort. When people come over I always make them test it out and show/let them egg test it. Great experience, looking forward to what you guys do in the future.

First off, it's a firm mattress. It's like laying on a fat mans belly but this fat man has like a beer belly so it's a little hard and not too squishy. Sure if you put your hand on the mattress it feels nice n squishy but once you lay your whole body on it, it's a tad bit different. I will say however, that I had back problems on my other bed and was impossible to lay on my stomach because it felt like I would sink in around my abdomen but this bed really does "hold you up" greatly when lying on your stomach and side. I'm a bit on the heavy side around 235 (maybe a little more since it's turkey season).

It is a bit weird at first, but it is SUPER comfortable. I love how you can feel how cool the temperature is. The pillows are awesome, but seem much more designed for back sleepers only. they are a bit difficult to deal with if you want to turn over. Overall very satisfied with my mattress and pillow.

My husband and I have been in need of a new mattress for a while, we saw the add for purple and debated on trying it or not. We decided, hey...we never do anything like this, so lets try it! Best decision ever. It was delivered quickly, easy to set up, and is absolutely amazing. I no longer have hip or shoulder pain, and my husband, who has back problems, is sleeping better than he EVER has in our 9 years of marriage. Thank you Purple!

I husband and I were so excited to try the purple mattress. We hadn't read a single bad review, we found the advertising and technology to be sound and quite entertaining and our family chiropractor had mentioned that he was wanting to try this bed. My husband has suffered with back pain for over 15 years and we hoped this would be the solution. Unfortunately it has only increased his back pain and brought me back pain that I didn't use to experience. We are accustomed to softer beds and so we watched many reviews and tried different suggestions hoping for that perfect night's sleep that so many profess to have, but nothing we have done to improve the experience has changed the outcome. We are currently looking for a charity to donate the bed to, per the "return" policy. We love the customer service team, they have been wonderful and we love that the beds are donated. Purple is still a great company, the product is just not for us. We're glad so many have enjoyed the bed and recommend that others pursue it, it's a 90 day trial and so when so many people have been satisfied, it never hurts to try it out.

I was apprehensive at first since I wasn't able to try how the purple bed feels. Adjusting to it was odd at first but now I don't toss and turn at all. I wake up refreshed and ready to go. And at half the price of my last mattress I was ecstatic. If you're a big guy, I'm 6'2 340, give it a try, it may surprise you.

I have been sleeping on a subpar mattress for years and knew it was time to do something about it. I was a bit skeptical about ordering a mattress online, plus let's face it, it's weird to think it would be delivered rolled up in a tube... I am thrilled to say that it was totally worth the money and the self doubt that accompanies ordering a mattress online! No more aches in my back when I wake up, no more tossing and turning at night - job well done, Purple People!

The mattress feels lopsided after being on one side for too long. Like the purple rubber doesn't "counture" to you body. Instead the side where you sleep gets compressed and it feels weird. I had the bed for a month already. Thinking about returning it. :( So sad because I had really high expectations.

The Purple Mattress is amazing! Our sleep has drastically improved. We fall asleep faster, stay asleep and wake up without back pain. We also ordered the Purple Pillows and noticed a decrease in neck pain and my husband'a migraines. We wake up feeling well rested and ready to start the day. I would definitely recommend purchasing the Purple sheets.

I have always heard that a bad mattress can cause back pain. I have been waking up each day for years with back pain, I'm 70 and figured it was just a part of my life. I purchased the Purple mattress and woke up the very first day without back pain. I have not had any more back pain in the morning since I got this mattress.
