I think it's so hard to buy mattresses. Don't they ALL feel comfy when we try them out in the store? The question is how it will feel a year or five years or even up to the ten year warranty time. I've slept on my Purple mattress for about a week and I love it. It's all that was promised. I hope to be able to report the same in later years. The concept and materials make sense to me, so I'm feeling optimistic.

The purple harmony pillow (the one you don't have) is sooo soft and light! I thought it was too soft and squishy at first, but it still provides support. I think you're going to like it The purple pillow that I have seems much higher and harder than yours which I'm less of a fan of right now.

We purchased this mattress about a month ago, and now there are no more pains and it never gets hot it's always a consistent temperature. Even better we got the sheets and I didn't know they would make such a difference but I can't stop talking about the purple brand a must have, we plan on purchasing the pillow to try it out but I'm sure it will make the collection!

I Have a twin XL basic model that I love so much I bought a queen basic model. Unfortunately the queen sleeps nothing like the twin. After a month of sleeping on the queen I filled out a survey in which I stated all of the issues it's been a week and no one has yet to actually respond so it seems not only are their beds inconsistent in quality but so is their customer service.

My old mattress was VERY old, and I would spend every night tossing and turning. I'd wake up over and over again to try to find a comfortable position. I'd wake up feeling achy. I had researched beds for over a year before buying the Purple bed. I bought the original mattress, the pillow, and the sheets. I've had it now for about a month, and I am sleeping through every night. I used to be a side sleeper with my tossing and turning, but now I find that I am sleeping soundly on my back, barely moving, and waking up refreshed and without aches. I'm VERY happy with my new bed. (On a side note, I've read some reviews that speak about an odor. I just wanted to mention that nothing that I bought had an odor. I slept on it on the first night that I unpacked it all, and I didn't detect any foul odor.)

I debated about buying the purple mattress for over two years before actually doing it. All I can say is, "Why didn't I do this sooner?" My wife and I instantly noticed better, more restful sleep after the first night. If you are like me and unsure about whether or not to give the purple a chance, do it. You will not regret it.

Start with ordering: Split credit card payments: still lock up whole amount on your card. Delivery: was told would have to refuse delivery if wanted to cancel order. Mattress already on way. Plus points for delivery speed. However, doorbell was not rung. Mattress just left blocking opening to doorway. No chance to refuse delivery. Mattress: The purple grid looks giving in commercial. Little too firm for someone with pain issues. Price too high for product.

I'd probably give you a 5, but the 11-12 week shipment time on the 2 sets of sheets is a failure in my opinion, when my original order said 4-6 weeks. I have told 2 of my friends to buy a purple mattress since receiving mine. And they love theirs just as much. I should get a purple pillow for my referrals just for continuing to promote purple despite my delays in shipping!

I ordered a queen size on purple mattress about a month and a half ago. I received the mattress about a week ago. I've been trying to figure out how to describe just how perfect this bed is, but the word amazing is the only thing that comes to mind. Your company and everyone needs to know just how wonderful your mattress really is. I wanted to truly thank everyone involved in the company for making me have the best night of sleep that I've had in years. And I continue to have this wonderful sleep, night after night since I have owned this mattress. I never thought I could sleep this good, but your mattress puts me into a deep sleep that I had forgotten about years ago. You have most defiantly received a lifetime customer. I wake up feeling so energized and refreshed. My family and I will not sleep on anything but an on purple mattress for as long as I live. Their service was good and the mattress came quickly. I like that they mattress isn't as hot as memory foam, but it still has temperature issues. We've had the mattress for a couple of months and my shoulders (I'm a side sleeper) are much worse with this mattress than with my old mattress.
