We had a select comfort mattress for 16 years, and I still would wake up with achy hips and shoulders. My husband's back has been getting worse, so we decided to try the Purple mattress as it came highly recommended by my sister and her husband. We noticed a difference the first night! It's been two weeks and my hips haven't aches once! My husband with the bad back loves it too!! We highly recommend Purple!! :)

My wife and I purchased a standard KING Purple mattress in 2017 and we continue to tout it as the best mattress we have owned all of our lives. We decided to replace a QUEEN Casper mattress in another room with the 2020 standard Purple Mattress and are disappointed to find that the new standard is half as thick as the original design and acts more as an over-glorified pillow topper. Our original mattress sits on our bed frame with zero effort and is comfortable. The new standard mattress require you to have a box spring or you will feel the slats of the bed underneath you. To note: The new standard mattress has cooling technology which has been a small help and Purple continues to be more comfortable and gives a better body rest as compared to Casper, however, we are disappointed to spend the same price from our 2017 king for a 2020 queen mattress that is half as thick and not as reliable and am not willing to spend the extra (double the price) money for the hybrid with springs- we went to purple to be rid of springs.

This is far and away the best bed I have ever slept on. I wont lie and say that I was not skeptical when I first saw the ads. How is it possible that a bed could be soft and welcoming, but at the same time provide the support necessary for proper spine and neck alignment? I am still not very clear on the how, thought It sounds like it has something to do with the purple "food grade material" they are using. Visual oddities aside, the bed performs admirably. I can't remember the last time I experienced high quality sleep. I don't remember the last time I woke up without that annoying twinge in my neck or stiffness in my back. I have had to adjust my sleeping style a bit because I am not used to having the support I need from my bed. I am barely 3 weeks in and I do not see myself ever going back to a traditional bed. Take the 30-day challenge. You will more than likely be blown away by how much better you feel.

Our first mattress was garbage after 6 months. Our second mattress cost three times what our Purple mattress cost and was garbage after a year. Our purple mattress is heavenly. It cradles but doesn't sink. The stiffness in my back was gone after a couple days. It does not retain excessive body heat making it cool (not cold) to sleep on. I have recommended it to all my family members and anyone I work with who is shopping. Great mattress, great customer service, great commercials, great startup company. Support them!

This mattress has been a game changer! I sleep like a baby every night. Not only is the mattress great, but so is this company! I contacted customer service and received the best support from them. I made the best decision going with my Purple Mattress.

Wow, just WOW. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, so I am in pain all the time. It's pretty hard to get up after sleeping because I'm sore and stiff. I work nights, on my feet saving lives while the rest of the world is in bed. My other half works 2 days , then 2 nights, on his feet all night, doing hard labor in a paper mill. We spent half a year researching all of these new beds, trying to make an informed decision. Finally we decided to go with Purple. I do not regret it ONE BIT. It has only been 3 sleeps, but I noticed a difference immediately. I didn't wake up through the day to roll over because of pain or pressure on my hip. I am sleeping more soundly. He is as well,. He has said that his shoulders and hips hurt less too! There are a couple warnings I will give you! * Don't expect to be wham bam, change overnight completely. Your body is going to have to adjust to sleeping on a new mattress. Much like staying in a hotel, you're not used to that bed so you're sore in new places. Purple, and reviews from actual customers will tell you it takes a bit or your body to get adjusted. * Be prepared to be spoiled from any other mattress ever again. I love my purple!

My husband and I decided to give Purple a try, though we were a bit skeptical at first. This mattress is amazing! We went on a weekend getaway recently and it was the first time ever that the mattress at the hotel was nowhere near as comfortable as the mattress I had at home. We end up going to the bedroom to lounge on the bed more than we sit on our couch now because it is that comfortable. We absolutely love it! Thanks for being awesome Purple!

Ordering, tracking and delivery was perfect. My set up was very easy. I'm a side sleeper and this mattress gives me excellent support as I have slept on this mattress for about 2 weeks and wake up with less back and neck pain. I hope that Purple also develops an even more firm version of this mattress. It is one of the best mattresses I have ever slept on.

I purchased the Queen size Purple Mattress in Dec of 2016 and it was delivered in late Jan of 2018. It is now September and I can say that this mattress is amazing. It is both firm and giving/comfortable. I have friends that come over and say "can I lay down on your amazing bed for a while" - not joking. I can say I am extremely happy with this purchase. If you run hot at night, like I do (memory foam mattresses, even with cooling gel, make me quite hot) - the mattress is quite cool as long as you do NOT use Purple's mattress cover,. I run pretty hot at night . Unfortunately, the mattress cover they sell is polyester or some other material and it gets super hot. So - get the mattress, but skip the cover (for sure) and find a natural cotton or linen cover if you run hot.

We looked at and tried mattress after mattress. But we could not agree on one. He liked a more firm support and I like a more plush support. We thought about getting two twin xl's but the height difference of the mattresses would cause issues. We thought about getting one of those adjustable beds but heard negative things about them. Then we saw a purple ad. After a chat with a Purple rep, we decided to try the king size Purple Premier 3". Why not? If we didn't like it, we could always send it back. Well over 30 days ago we received our mattress and we can assure you that we will not be sending it back! The last time we remember sleeping so well was when we were teenagers. My husband now falls asleep almost immediately and we both sleep so well. We don't think we move at all during the night. The Purple Soft Stretch sheets and Purple Pillow are a must purchase as well. The sheets are super soft and cozy. We both stay just the perfect temperature now too. Both of us now swear by Purple and tell all of our friends and family about it. They have even stopped by just to try it out. You should definitely try a Purple mattress if you want to sleep great every night!
