I gave three stars only because I have a 2 inch polymer grid and I have fibromyalgia as well as back pain herniated disc .The bed works great for my back pain however my fibromyalgia which is nerve pain the 2 inch grid causes me to have numbness I'm eager to try the 4 inch hybrid could I get a get that

So, I bought the mattress, the softstretch sheets, the bed frame, and the harmony pillow. The mattress is the best mattress I've used. Before buying, I was not sure what to make of it ... the odd purple technology design. But it really just feels like a top-of-the-line normal mattress. It feels a little funky when your purposefully run your skin against it, but not in a bad way. Just a "Oh, yeah, this is made of squares" kind of way. It does sleep cool, though not drastically so. My wife sleeps cold and she's perfectly content with it. The protector seems to be just fine. High quality, don't even notice it's there. I haven't spilled anything on it to test it though. The sheets are super soft and comfy. Not the coolest sheets I've ever had, but still really nice. The bed frame is a bed frame. The pillow is amazing, maybe my favorite part. It is super cool, and pleasantly heavy. It turned out to be just a few inches too thick for my sleeping style and body. So, I look forward to a slightly thinner model. For my legs, however, it was just the best. I have restless leg syndrome, and need something heavy on/between my legs to be able to sleep. This pillow is the best thing for it. The weight, the size, and the coolness are everything I could have wanted.

The bed was comfortable for maybe the first week or two, or maybe my previous mattress was just so bad I wanted this one to be amazing. It's meh. I wish I had taken advantage of the 100 day trial, but I think we wanted to believe that eventually we would sleep better. We also purchased 2 pillows, which have given me neck problems and triggered migraines, and one of which has completely busted just from normal use. It's never been placed in a washing machine or endured any stress other than changing the pillow case. We're not even done paying off the bed and already the stuff is falling apart. Wish I had tried another brand.

I have back issues and sciatica issues so bad that sometimes I'm not even able to stand correctly without assistance or even at all and being obese to the tune of 450 lbs does not help at all. Well for the past 2 or 3 nights I've been just hurting and dealing with it. I even broke down one day and took one of the pain pills that are massive and cause me to be SUPER dizzy but they do take the edge off. However last night was awesome. I decided to sleep in the extra room that we have a Purple Mattress in. That mattress that you see online doing a raw egg challenge that you can practically stand on a raw egg without it breaking (i have yet to try it). We purchased it so when we moved it would already be here and we wouldn't have to wait for our main bed to arrive. I slept on it at that time too, although I wasn't having severe issues at that time. Anywho, I was desperate to fix my back at any means and decided to try it out to see if that would help. ONE NIGHT. That's all I slept on it for. I tend to roll from side to side in my sleep and adjust how I sleep. Usually I need to get completely out of bed (due to my size) and lay back down. I was able to COMFORTABLY roll like my husband does. Oh that's another thing I should mention. The Frame of the bed looks like a joke. Remember, I am 450 lbs+ INCLUDING my 300 lb Husband... that a lot of wight for any frame. This sucker is so well built, it takes it like a champ and doesn't even wiggle! By that alone, it was worth the money in my book.... Back to my back.... My back feels like it doesn't have any thing wrong. instead of taking 3 minutes to even get my feet on the floor, I just swung them off the bed and onto the floor, and sat up without cringing or wincing or any of the other painful "ings".... I'm not saying RUSH out and get one. But I am saying its nice to wake up and not feel like I'm gonna die.

I have gone through pillowtop beds, Temperpedic, Tuft &Needle and their solution was to send me a topper??? I have lived with chronic pain and am now fighting stage IV cancer. But, your bed has made all the difference and really supports you but not too firm. I also love your purple pillow, purple seat cushion and the sheets and platform. I'm hoping I can get a purple pillow in the future for my husband. Thank You from the bottom of my Purple Heart

My king size bed had developed a indentation where my shoulders down to my hips lay, this started to give me back aches. I emailed purple and they told me everything I needed to do to document my issue. They decided that I did indeed need a new bed and they got it to me quickly. They also gave the option for free removal of the old mattress. I am very pleased with the service I've received from the purple team. Thank you purple!

After 3 weeks of sleeping on our new mattress we are very pleased. My husband noticed after the first night that his back pain was greatly reduced. I have a lot of less pain in my left shoulder and hip. This is the side I prefer to sleep on. Thank you so much.

I genuinely feel better during the day after sleeping on this mattress. I wake up less frequently throughout the night and find that any sore spots in my muscles or joints get an opportunity to heal. I feel healthier physically, mentally and emotionally after consistently sleeping on the purple.
