My wife and I own the regular Purple Mattress and she absolutely loves it. However, I am the one the is having the issues. I'm 5'4" and 125 LBS and she is 5'4" and 195 LBS. I have started having some big lower back issues that have started to draw pain down in to my legs. After doing a bit of talking the only thing we can come up with that this mattress is perfect for people who tend to be a little larger. We are going to have to sell it since we are out of the 100 day time period and go with another brand.

I recently upgraded my original purple to the hybrid and love the decision! Although both mattresses are crazy comfortable, the hybrid offers a little more support! Treat yourself to the mattress cover and sheets to enhance the overall sleeping experience! I highly recommend the purple brand products!

When I ordered the mattress I was so excited and when it came it was like Christmas. I had such high hopes that each night I tried convincing myself I will eventually love it. We tried to adjust to the mattress but unfortunately just gives us back pain. Also our fault we kept forgetting to submit for a return and missed our window. I tried returning it right away but was told to allow 20 days for adjusting. So after that I meant to submit a return but my life got crazy and I lost track of time which is my own fault. Most we have ever spent on a mattress and so disappointing. I used to have a cheap mattress which my husband wasn't a big fan of so we decided to splurge. He's a firefighter and I'm a nurse we work long hours and could use good sleep. However unfortunately now we both have back pain after sleeping on the mattress when on the cheap mattress I never had any pain. I'm sure it's great for some but it's been a huge waste of money for us. So don't be like us if you buy it set reminders for return dates just in case. I will probably buy a topper somewhere else and see if that helps.

I absolutely love this mattress, had it for almost 2 months... I've recommended it to everyone I know. I've struggled with Sciatic nerve pain on a regular basis but I no longer notice it while in bed or throughout the course of the day... used to keep me up at night tossing and turning in seemingly perpetual discomfort... until I bought a Purple. Let's just first of all state that I have had continuous back problems in the past 5 years and had no idea that it was contributing to my "memory foam" mattress. I've never experienced a bed like this and have recommended it to family and friends. If there was some kind of referal reward system for customers it would make people go out and talk about your bed. Then you reward your customers instead of marketing in commercials

We purchased the Purple original mattress and slept on it for almost 3 months. We determined it was too firm for us. We contacted Purple and told them we wanted to try the Purple Plus which is a newly released model. The customer service reps were helpful, kind, informative and everything they said would happen in the process was exactly what happened! We are very happy with this new mattress! Very pleased with purple thus far! Now I just need to get the pillow!!
