Very positive experience trying out the Purple bed and products. We love the comfy sheets and the Purple 2 is very comfortable, although we did find it a bit too firm for our comfort. We put an eggcrate topper on it and it is very comfortable now. We were extremely satisfied with the customer service throughout the entire buying process with Purple!

I'd probably give you a 5, but the 11-12 week shipment time on the 2 sets of sheets is a failure in my opinion, when my original order said 4-6 weeks. I have told 2 of my friends to buy a purple mattress since receiving mine. And they love theirs just as much. I should get a purple pillow for my referrals just for continuing to promote purple despite my delays in shipping!

I don't usually write reviews, but I am so happy with this mattress I want to spread the joy. I have had the bed for almost a year. It truly is an advancement in rest body support. I have never experienced anything in my daily routine that brings me as much joy as going to bed on this thing. Seriously. A coworker recommended it to me, and my wife and I have been so happy with it. She used to have hip and back issues with our old traditional mattress - not with the purple mattress. I'm telling you, when you look forward to the nightly interaction between your body and your mattress, you know you have something special. We loved the idea of the purple mattress and couldn't wait to try it out. The top layer is good, but the next layer under the purple is just too firm. It's hard to turn over and get positioned and we are waking up several times a night. Sleep has been a struggle and we are going to return the mattress.

I bought my purple mattress after weeks of no sleep. Suffering from serious back pain after a car accident, I was desperate. Expensive yes, but, the best decision I've ever made. I can sleep with no more pain or physical therapy. No more pain medication either. Thank you Purple people!

My husband bought us the purple bed after we did a ton of research online comparing all of the "bed in a box" options. The purple bed seemed to be the most popular and seemed like the best made. We were excited to get the bed and when we first laid on it it seemed promising. As time went on our back pains got worse and my neck pain was getting worse. We bought the stretchy sheets, mattress protector and still we had issues with the bed. When I lay on my back there would be a gap between my lower back and the bed so it wasn't cradling me like it should. I think if my husband and I weighed more the bed would have worked better for us but him being 160 lbs and me being 110lbs I don't think we had a chance with this bed. Great concept but they need to keep working on perfecting the bed more. I will say that the return process was extremely easy and purple took care of everything for us. A donation company picked the bed up, gave us a receipt and they hauled the bed off. We emailed the receipt to purple and we received an email back within an hour saying the refund had been processed. I think the purple bed works great for some but not for us, however this was a great experience as they kept their word with how to get your refund within your 100 days.

First of all service was great. We got the mattress right away. It was neatly packaged and easy to understand how to unroll it. As to the mattress itself. I have it a four star because it's not my favorite mattress ever. All I can say is when they tell you to get good sheets and pillows do it. It became apparent that the pillows we have used for years were not going to cut it with this mattress. It left us with sore necks. Obviously that is not the mattresses fault. The mattress it's self is comfortable enough but like they say you either love the mattress or hate it. It's a different feeling for sure then any other mattress you have had. My husband loves it so we're going to keep it. I think it's a personal preference thing. But with purples ability to try it for 100 nights. Why not buy it and try it out for yourself.

Sleeping much better and more comfortably than on my old mattress. It definitely has less heat retention than many other types of mattresses. In warm weather, this is wonderful, and in cold weather, you can just put a blanket under you. Seems to offer good support. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

I didn't end up loving the mattress, but I had a seamless and truly "no pressure" experience with Purple. It seems like a great technology, and that it would be great for most. For me it was just too firm and didn't feel the desired contour. There were no pressure points no matter how I slept, and I did fall asleep quickly. However, I would wake up early due to discomfort. I know this matress will be loved by most, and you truly have nothing to lose. No minimum wait period for rufund (although I waited full recommended 30 days). Truly 5 star customer service. I would recommend to anyone for a try. PS- we sell their seat cushions where I work, and they are awesome.

I was a little nervous about spending so much on a mattress and base but it turns out it was the best purchase of my life. I ended up buying the mattress cover and sheets after I found out how amazing this mattress is. I am a side and back sleeper. Usually during the night my right hip begins to hurt because I don't move while sleeping. This pain wakes me up and I have to roll onto my back. This used to happen multiple times a night. Now that I have a purple mattress I don't budge at night. I sleep on my side all night and have no more hip pain. This mattress is so comfortable I don't want to get out of bed. My bedroom is my new living room!
