My boyfriend and I have been sleeping on this mattress for almost 3 weeks now, and neither of us have slept very well, even with stretchy sheets. When I first laid on the mattress, I thought it felt super comfortable, but once I actually slept on it, I tossed and turned most of the night. Additionally, I have woken up in the middle of the night several times because my pressure points that sunk into the mattress (shoulders, hips, heels) fell asleep...my heels falling asleep was the weirdest feeling ever. Although the comfort level has gotten a little better over time, it is still not comfortable enough for me to sleep soundly through the night. I will probably return the mattress after 30 days.

I have been involved in the mattress industry for over 30 years and have had experience with many different mattress designs. This bed is different than any other product that is available today. I highly recommend sleeping purple. The first night was like a dream come true. My husband and I hadn't slept that well in over a year. This is by far the worst bed I've ever owned, had it a little over 4 months and the last couple of weeks ive been waking up in absolute pain! I've tried sleeping on my back but wake up with lower back pain as if i was bending over backwards all night, sleeping on my side and wake up with feeling like my hip was hit by a car, even on my stomach that was a bad idea, the pain was excruciating! :-( I'm only 30 and the pain shouldn't be this bad from a nights sleep, I was so excited to purchase this bed because of all the reviews and the little story book video wich btw i still watch because she's funny. Anyways i am now starting to believe the reviews might be fake and or paid for, i don't see what most reviews are talking about. I will give it a good review on keeping you cool through the night, other then that im an unsatisfied customer.

I really love how cool and comfortable this mattress is. I've tried three other traditional coil-spring, pillow-topped and hybrid-memory foam inner-coil spring mattresses for contrast. This is easily the superior mattress. I did remove one star because I feel like it could be better. I would have liked the mattress to be at least a couple inches thicker and the top to allow for more indentation. My lower-back is offset forward from my glutes and upper-back by about two inches [read: I have a bubble butt and a strong upper back], and unfortunately this mattress does not provide me lower-back support when laying on my back.

It took me a night or 2 to adjust to the style of the bed but now I love it! Definitely can't sleep on any other time of mattress now! When my Husband and I have a argument we both aren't willing to leave the bed so we just stay on our separate sides of the bed

My husband told me the other day that our new mattress is the best decision we made all year. We were both having back pain on our old mattress, and then on two other mattresses we tried out. A friend recommended Purple and let us come lie down on her bad and that was it! We love the mattress, LOVE the stretchy Purple sheets, and love going to bed every night (and getting up without aches and cricks). Customer service has been outstanding as well. The mattress is comfortable & cool! I've had the mattress for two weeks now and I'm still adjusting to it. Sometimes I get too cold with the purple sheets which came free with the mattress. Once I get all the little things lined up, I will be the soundest sleeper!

It would have been nice if they had a delivery system that carried the mattress in for you because the mattress was just dropped off outside my house in plane site. Anyone could have come and taken it so I had to get in the house myself which was extremely difficult. We have had the mattress for about 2 1/2 weeks now and are still not impressed with it. It is much more firm than expected. I wake up with really bad shoulder and neck pains that are accompanied by bad headaches. Unfortunately, unless the mattress doesn't break in better, we may need to return it. It is nice, however, that it comes rolled up and set up was fairly easy. And don't worry! The smell goes away within the first week! One other thing to note, it is a pretty thin mattress compared to others.
