It's extremely comfortable. The service is great. It feels so different than any other mattress I've ever slept on. It's very soft when you sit on it and the firms up to support my back. Don't know how they do it but it's cheer magic! Highly recommend getting this product.

I was very excited when I first purchased this mattress......until I tried it. To be fair, shipping was fast and the mattress was in my price range but after sleeping on it for awhile trying to give it a chance, I called within the 100 days and was told that I didn't qualify for the 100 day free trial because I financed through a company called Affirm, (which is on their website as a payment option). The mattress is like a brick, even now over a year later. I tried calling and asking if I could upgrade to the newest model that has 3 or 4 inches of foam on top and and they could take this 1 back and was told no, not without paying full price. They also told me when I called back that they had no record of me calling within the 100 days so watch out for that as well. I don't know how the new mattresses compare to the original but I'd advise against purchasing the original Purple mattress. I will continue to post negative reviews about my experience with this company I have had no good experiences with either the mattress or the customer service of this company.

It took me a few nights to adjust to this mattress but now I love it. I used to wake up with shoulder pain from sleeping on my side from my old hard mattress. After about a week the pain was almost gone, and is much better now. The mattress feels a little firm at first but really evenly supports the whole length of your body because of the honey cone top layer. Well worth the money.

We had previously been sleeping on a very old mattress that had become a taco, and anything would have been an upgrade. When sitting down and sleeping on a purple mattress we immediately felt the difference. My wife is a stomach sleeper and I'm a side sleeper and it works great for both of us.

We were skeptical... but with the return policy and guarantee, we gave the Purple a shot. We are both side sleepers in our 40's. Shoulder/neck/lower back problems have followed us from mattress to mattress. It's not magical, and no mattress can fix the ailments of getting older, but there is a noticeable improvement to our quality of sleep. We're sleeping sounder and actually waking up earlier because we're not tossing and turning all night. I had been having trouble getting comfortable as a side/stomach sleeper, and would often feel discomfort in my back and hips throughout the day. With the purple mattress, I still don't wake up magically alert and feel like birds are singing to me as I am naturally not a morning person, but I do feel like it is easier to get out of bed, and to get comfortable at night. I also can fall asleep on my back, which I've never been able to do before. Hopefully this bed continues to give the same kind of support throughout the next several years. So far, so great!

I had my reservations about this mattress and I really hesitated to the idea of buying a mattress online! But.....I'm so glad I did. It took about 5-10 nights to fully adjust. I'm 100% in love with my bed now! I no longer toss and turn with my shoulder hurting or an ache developing in my hip. The other surprise was at how cool I sleep. I purchased the bamboo stretchy sheets and they are so soft ! I'd highly recommend the Purple mattress to anyone looking for ultimate comfort.

Love your mattresses. My mother has leukemia and has gone into the hospital for an extended stay (6 weeks). Two weeks in I decided to get her a twin size to use in the hospital. She was able to rest comfortably and notngsf bed sores. Praise for Purple!

I had a hard factory mattress inside the RV, which I live in full time. It was miserable. Sore every morning in the hips at the ripe age of 40. Not good. And my neck was constantly hurting. After watching the video of the Purple on the website it all made sense. We use triangulation in suspension geometry for our extreme rock crawlers, and also in building impact resistant roll cages in Trophy Trucks and rock crawlers. It made absolute sense to do the same type of thing within a bed. Purple is 100% correct on the science, and the technology, and after sleeping on my queen size Purple for months at various locations across the country, I can say hands down I will never go to a conventional mattress ever again. This bed is amazing. No more sore hips or shoulders (side sleeper), and my neck doesn't hurt in the morning either (I got rid of the expensive fluffy pillows and got a Purple pillow - its awesome). I am a lady in my late 60's and was in a terrible auto accident 20+ years ago with result damage to my entire spine. Two separate surgeries kept me reasonably active. But the pain has continued to advance. Sleeping was difficult with me often going back and forth from my bed to my recliner and regularly needing medication. After my first night on my Purple bed I woke up pain free. I am able to be much more active though certain activities still will bring pain. I can find my relief every night with my Purple bed.
