To be honest, I'm not entirely sure this bed lives up to the hype. It's a great bed. It's comfortable, but I just had such high expectations for it. I go to bed each night feeling fine and wake up with a stiff aching pain in my thoracic spine. I thought I could blame a lot of it on my mattress before because I was always okay until I slept on it all night. Switching to purple hasn't made it any better and I'm still incredibly restless. It's been about two weeks with Purple so I'm hoping I'll adjust. I'm writing this review at 4am if that says anything. This is the most money we have ever spent on a mattress and I just hope I don't have to use their return policy!

First off a bed I can finally sleep in comfortably! I have a broken lumbar spine along with Hip Dysplasia and dont sleep much from pain or only being able to lay in one spot for so long. I've also been blessed with Insomnia that only perscription medication treats (this has been for 24 years) then I bought a purple mattress. I've never napped naturally in my life let alone gotten 8 hours natural sleep and this mattress let's me nap naturally but also I'm taking less of my sleeping medication and getting more natural healthy sleep. I'm also able to sleep and just cuddle for hours with no pain. My husband and I are such big fans we both had to get our own purple pillows, purple sheets, purple blankets and a purple pet bed. We're Purple Fans for Life! 10/10 Best Mattress I've ever had period.

I have back problems since a car accident years ago. Every morning, i wake up and painfully roll out of bed, walking , hunched over until i can fight the stiffness and stand up straight. . The first morning after sleeping 7 hours on the purple mattress, i rolled out of bed as usual and stood up. No pain. No stiffness. No walking hunched over. It was great! After 2 weeks. Same result. I feel great and can go about my day happier because of a better night's sleep and less back pain.

After Years of back, hip and neck pain EVERY MORNING and a rest less night... I was taking with my chiropractor regarding the acute bursitis in my left hip. After explaining how my husband and I felt beat up every morning when we arose from a restless night she recommended the purple mattress. That day I researched and ordered a king I cannot tell you how we both are no longer waking up as if we have been beat up during the night my bursitis is almost completely gone I can again lay on my side and my hip no longer hurts when I lay on it !! The support is amazing...The best mattress of all.. Don't wait to get one. Only 3rd week into the best sleep ever....I love our Purple Mattress

Our memory foam mattress was killing my husband's back, even though we'd only had it for a year. I really didn't want to get an innerspring mattress but I knew he needed more support. We finally decided on a Purple and we couldn't be happier honestly. After the first night, he was able to get right up out of bed with no pain. The best part for me is that I don't sweat at night anymore and I can actually use a blanket again. Also.... the Purple mattress definitely has more bounce to it than memory foam. That quality has a couple benefits but really the first couple times I got out of bed I literally threw myself out of bed because I was so used to the struggle of memory foam. The first time I actually fell against my nightstand because I was not expecting to get up so easily. I can feel the grid but it doesn't bother us at all, in fact it's kind of soothing in a strange sort of way. My only complaint would be that it is so thin. When I kneel on the bed I can sometimes feel my knee hit the slats under the mattress. Overall it is a fantastic mattress so far and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Loving my new purple bed! It is Firm yet soft at the same time.. No sagging in the middle and no bounces when the other person gets up or down! The platform was very easy to put together. And y'all made it so easy to just lay the mattress on (well it did take 2 people) and cut off the wrapping. And yhrrr was a nice comfey bed!!

Site was great. Ordering was easy. Order came earlier than expected. Want to give five stars for the bed but we can't. My wife says it's too hard and her hips hurt and also shoulders every night ever since we have slept on it. It's perfect for me but I can't have her hurting like that. Wish there was an option of having different levels of firmness or perhaps making a custom two halves blended together!

I have had my purple 3 for a month now, I still have not adjusted to it and don't sleep well because of back pain. I was so excited to get my purple bed so I can finally be comfortable and sleep! Not happening I am unable to sleep through the night and my pain has not subsided. Very disappointed.

I'm a side sleeper and the mattress didn't work well for that, but when I made myself sleep on my back it worked great for a few months, but then kept going downhill. A huge bowl developed in my husband's side. Purple sent us a replacement mattress, but that will probably last 6 months before needing to be replaced.

It took a bit of getting used to after sleeping on a squishy pillow top for 13 years, but now we love it!! Neither of us wakes with back or hip or shoulder pain anymore and I'm pretty amazed how refreshed I feel when I wake. Like I actually got a good night of sleep. We're definitely satisfied!
