We just bought a new bed set that has yet to be delivered and we needed a matress. I didnt want to spend over $800 on their matresses, thinking i can find a better deal. Then I saw your commercial for the 1000th time on youtube and decided to spend double that on your matress. haha. I have only been sleeping on it for 3 days. its been sitting in storage while I wait for a boxspring. I really like how comfortable it is. I havent slept well yet but thats not on your product just been sick.

This was the best bed purchase I have made. I have major back pain that I have lived with for many years. Although I still wake with back pain, this bed has given me the best morning pain. I wake up with way less pain then ever. I would recommend to anyone with back and hip pain.

I bought the queen sized mattress after being wow-ed by the commercials. I have always had a lot of back problems and roll around in my sleep a lot. Nothing has changed, I'm not any worse off than I was before and I was in the market for a new mattress anyways. It's not the miracle product I had crossed my fingers for but I have no interest in returning it because it works just fine. One side note though... I saw a review claiming this mattress was great for "midnight activities". I would like to debunk that by saying my partner and I have had some hilarious moments adjusting to the change. Doesn't help or hinder, just a change you have to get used to.

I have lower back and hip pain. My daughter had read the reviews on this mattress and decided to buy my one. although I had not opened the mattress for over a year. I had finally set it up and the first couple of weeks I slept alright, I am not a great sleeper because of the pain. Now, my pain is back in my hip and lower back so I toss and turn again. the mattress is comfortable but it has not worked for me. The mattress I have is a twin size and is very thick, I am not sure if this is the reason, but it just is not comfortable for me anymore and only after a month of sleeping on it.

Wow! What can I say. In my old memory foam bed which actually was only 6 years old, I would spend the entire night tossing and turning, throwing the bedding on then off me and rearranging my pillows that never supported my neck. Being a side sleeper, my hips and shoulders would hurt and my back ached all the time and I have (2) bad disks, one in my neck. I have bought every pillow under the notion that this time it would work and they never did, so I have a closet full of pillows, even the buckwheat & water pillow. My mattress was too hot and while going through the change of life only made it worse. My weekends were wasted on trying to catch up on missed sleep during the week. I checked purple out and watched reviews for a while before plunging in a few months later buying the Queen mattress and the pillow. My first night was awful. The booster for my new Purple pillow was a little high, so my neck was not aligned properly, and I couldn't quite make out how I felt about the mattress. I adjusted the pillow booster and my goodness, my head, neck and shoulders have never been cooler or happier. Falling asleep is really easy now. The mattress took a few days to get used to. I noticed no more back pain when I got out of bed and I didn't flip flop so much as I wasn't hot and stuffy under the bedding. I have also noticed that I don't need as much sleep now as I am getting enough sleep. I love my new bed and always look forward to jumping into it at the end of my day and snuggle my head into my pillow. Thanks Purple!

Let me start off by saying that I gave this two stars, solely because of the mattress. The experience with Purple was great. Shipping was faster than expected, and the quality of the product seems top notch. OK, on to the bed then. When I ordered this bed, I was mostly concerned with three things that I had heard were an issue with "non-traditional" mattresses: 1)They have a bad smell. 2) They revery hot. 3)Due to your weight distribution, your feet are always elevated. I must say that on all three of these issues, the Purple mattress passed with flying colors. There was no smell, it sleeps nice and cool, and it didn't feel like I was sleeping in a hammock, with my feet being elevated. All that being said, I really don't think this is the bed for me. Purple says that it takes about 3 weeks to get used to sleeping on their mattresses, and they ask you to give it at least that amount of time before making up your mind on whether or not you want to keep it. After the first night I was like "nope, not for me!" But, I decided to give it a few weeks before deciding. It has now been almost 5 weeks, and although it has gotten a little bit better, it's still not for me. I think I will give it a few more weeks, and if I still feel this way, I will ask for a refund. Here are my issues: First of all, I had read that some stomached side sleepers experienced numbness in their arms, and this was the case for me. I have slowly ended up sleeping on my back. The good news is that I typically snore when sleeping on my back, but since sleeping on the Purple mattress, I have not been kicked or hit by my wife in the middle of the night due to my snoring. The bad news is that I wake up to back pain. For me, this mattress is too soft and even feels lumpy. It feels really comfortable when you first lay down on it, but after about five minutes it doesn't feel so great. It reminds me of sleeping on a guest bed. Like when people put a plush mattress topper on an old worn out mattress. At first it feels great, but you just wake up with back pain. So here is my issue, I can't sleep on my stomach or sides or I wake up with numbness in my arms, and I can't sleep on my back or I wake up being sore. My wife isn't experiencing the same issues, and actually likes the fact that I'm not snoring. That being said, she isn't really in love with the mattress either. I told her that I wanted to send it back and she said "Whatever..." That's not exactly a ringing endorsement. My final issue with the mattress is the way it looks. This is by far the least important thing, but it doesn't look very nice. Remember how I said that it felt like I was sleeping on a worn out guest bed? That's what it looks like too. If you are someone that likes to have a nice crisp looking bed, this is not for you. It looks less like the Waldorf Astoria, and more like Jerry's Motor Inn. Like I said, this is not the most important thing for me, and probably not at all important for a lot of people, but it is one more issue I had with the bed. It's something that I could easily look past if I absolutely loved sleeping in it. I plan on giving it another month before making my final decision, and I hope that I can adjust to it, because I'm a tad bit skeptical of the 100 night trial period. I have a tough time believing there is no catch. We will see. If things change in the next month, and I'm able, I will update my review.

Everything I would have ever wanted in a mattress! I never knew you could be fully supported and comfortable in every way! I sleep on my back, my bf sleeps on his face and both of us sleep like babies. My only request would be that the mattress have handles. It is SUPER floppy when trying to move it - haha. But obviously isn't an issue to the mattress' day to day use.

I debating ordering this mattress for months before finally doing it and the only thing I am upset about is not ordering it sooner. My quality of sleep improved tremendously on this mattress. Also being 6 months pregnant it is very hard to get comfortable while laying down, which is a breeze on this mattress. I am so excited to try this mattress sleeping my stomach (my preferred sleeping position), once I get this baby out of me. For anyone debating this mattress or comparing it to other online brands, get this one you will not be disappointed at all.

I have tried many mattresses and few have ever been comfortable for me. My wife like a soft pillow top mattress, I like a very firm mattress. So, I was very apprehensive about trying a new bed, but with a 100 night guarantee, what was there to lose? OK, so I decided to go with the PowerBase and the split-king setup, basically two Twin-XL mattresses side-by-side. Just as note for those who need to know, the King PowerBase, is actually two Twin-XL PowerBases side-by-side, and it works great. Just be sure to get split-King sheets sets (5 pieces). The Purple Mattress IS THE BEST MATTRESS I have ever slept on! I still have 90 days left on my test period and can tell you now that the Purple Bed is NOT going back. I love this bed and look forward to going to bed every night. My back has never been better and I sleep like a baby. The mattress is different than other mattresses, and I thought it would be too soft for me, but it is perfect. I find it very firm and supporting. My wife finds it soft like she likes it...go figure, firm enough for me, and soft enough for her, wow, how did they do that? I can't say enough about how much I like the Purple Bed. The PowerBase is fantastic too and really adds that extra WOW factor to the entire bed. It was not cheap at just over $4ooo with tax, but it was WELL WORTH IT! Also, I ordered it on a Saturday afternoon and was sleeping on it the next Friday night. It was easy to setup, but does require two people to do it correctly as suggested. Delivery was perfect and everything arrived in excellent condition. The only thing I did not receive yet is the mattress protectors which I guess are on back order? I am going to purchase another Purple Bed for my vacation home cause I just don't want to be without it, even on vacation. :-)

I am still unsure of it still. I think it will definitely change the way i sleep. Usually i am a side sleeper but i find myself sleeping on my back more comfortable on this. Its strange but i like it. I definitely sleep better. It doesn't get hot at all to the point to where i need more blankets now.
